La Optica B.L.M., a Munich-based retro/modern eyewear brand, aimed to transition its sunglasses packaging from a rubber-touch finish to a 100% recyclable material while maintaining a stylish and premium brand image.

Solution:

We developed a minimalistic packaging concept that blends urban aesthetics with environmental responsibility, aligning with La Optica B.L.M.’s modern brand identity.

  • Introduced a kraft paper texture to create a natural and eco-conscious appearance

  • Designed bold black silhouettes of Munich cityscapes to reflect the brand’s German heritage and create visual impact

  • Featured the La Optica B.L.M. logo prominently on the front panel for strong brand recognition

  • Included the tagline “It Is Never Too Dark” to reinforce the brand’s vision and messaging

  • Added a simplified sunglasses illustration for immediate product identification

  • Integrated the recycling icon with the message “Packaging Made Out Of Recyclable Material” on the side panels

  • Structured the manufacturer details in compliance with German packaging regulations

  • Maintained consistent use of brand typography across all text elements to preserve visual identity

Short biography

Born on June 24, 1982, in Valjevo, Filip Narančić turned his passion for architecture and design into a thriving career.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism. During his studies, he launched a pilot project that later evolved into today’s Infinity Design Studio.
