This Portfolio Usage & Client Consent Policy governs the display, publication, presentation, promotion, and professional use of projects, creative works, visual materials, references, testimonials, and related content created, produced, provided, or otherwise used in connection with the professional activities of Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio.

Throughout this Portfolio Usage & Client Consent Policy, the terms “Infinity Design Studio,” “NF Creative Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer collectively to the legal entity identified above.
- 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio invests substantial professional expertise, creativity, time, research, and resources into every project.
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- Define portfolio usage rights;
- Explain how completed projects may be displayed;
- Protect client confidentiality;
- Define consent requirements;
- Establish transparency regarding promotional use of completed work;
- Protect the interests of both the Company and its clients.
- 3. PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Unless otherwise restricted by:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs);
- Confidentiality Agreements;
- Written contractual restrictions;
- Accepted written confidentiality requests;
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may display completed projects for professional portfolio, self-promotional, editorial, educational, and business development purposes where such use is lawfully and contractually permitted.
Portfolio usage may include:

Any portfolio usage rights retained by the Company are separate from ownership or licensing rights transferred to the client and remain subject to the applicable agreement, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.

Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may develop and publish professional Case Studies and Editorial Case Studies based on completed projects, subject to applicable confidentiality, contractual, and portfolio-use restrictions.
Case Studies may include selected non-confidential information such as:
- Project context and objectives;
- Challenges and project requirements;
- Strategic and creative direction;
- Design and development processes;
- Research, concepts, and development stages;
- Technical solutions and implementation details;
- Selected sketches, concepts, prototypes, or process materials;
- Final visual materials and applications;
- Project evidence and documented deliverables;
- Verified project outcomes, where available;
- Decisions, observations, and lessons learned;
- Editorial storytelling and visual presentation developed specifically for the Case Study.
Case Studies may be presented through website experiences, editorial presentations, PDF documents, visual archives, social media and promotional formats, or other appropriate professional media.
Their purpose is to demonstrate the thinking, process, expertise, decision-making, execution, and multidisciplinary capabilities behind a completed project—not merely to display the final result.
Only information, materials, and project details that may lawfully and contractually be disclosed will be included.
Confidential, proprietary, restricted, unpublished, or otherwise protected information will not be intentionally disclosed without appropriate authorization.
- 6. CLIENT NAMES, COMPANY NAMES, AND BRANDS
Unless restricted by confidentiality obligations, the Company may reference the following for portfolio and professional reference purposes:
- Client names;
- Company names;
- Brand names;
- Publicly available business information;
- 7. CLIENT REVIEWS
Testimonials, recommendations, reviews, and statements provided by clients may be displayed where:
- The client has provided consent;
- The testimonial was voluntarily submitted;
- Publication is legally permissible.
Testimonials may be edited for grammar, formatting, or length without altering their intended meaning.
- 8. CONFIDENTIAL PROJECTS AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS (NDAs)
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio fully respects the confidentiality requirements of its clients.
Where a project is subject to:
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA);
- A Confidentiality Agreement;
- Contractual confidentiality provisions;
- An accepted written confidentiality request;
The Company shall not publish, display, distribute, or otherwise disclose protected project information except as permitted by the applicable agreement.

Video productions may contain:

- Clients;
- Event participants;
- Private locations;
- Commercial facilities.
Where required by law or agreement, publication shall be subject to appropriate permissions.
The Company may refuse publication where legal uncertainty exists regarding consent.
- 12. DRONE MEDIA
Drone content may involve:
- Private properties;
- Commercial properties;
- Construction sites;

- Individuals;
- Restricted-access locations.
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio will make reasonable efforts to ensure that portfolio publication complies with applicable legal requirements, privacy considerations, and client agreements.
Additional permissions may be required before publication of certain drone materials.
- 13. EMPLOYEES, TEAM MEMBERS, AND IDENTIFIABLE INDIVIDUALS
Where portfolio materials contain identifiable individuals, publication may depend on:
- Applicable laws;
- Privacy rights;
- Employment relationships;
- Contractual obligations;
- Required permissions;
The Company reserves the right to blur, remove, anonymize, or otherwise modify content where appropriate.
- 14. PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Special care is applied to residential architecture, private homes, apartments, villas, vacation properties, and other private spaces.
Where publication could reasonably affect privacy, security, or personal interests, Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may:
- Obtain additional authorization;
- Limit published information;
- Remove identifying details;
- Use selective imagery;
- Refrain from publication entirely.
Protection of client privacy remains a priority.
- 15. COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Commercial projects may generally be displayed where confidentiality restrictions do not apply.
Examples include:
- Corporate branding;
- Product packaging;
- Retail projects;
- Commercial architecture;
- Marketing campaigns;
- Publicly launched products;
- E-Commerce projects.
However, confidentiality agreements and written restrictions shall always prevail.
- 16. HISTORICAL PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Unless otherwise restricted, Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio reserves the right to continue displaying projects completed in the past.
This includes projects completed:
- Before publication of this Policy;
- Before website launch;
- Before portfolio restructuring;
- Before brand updates.
Where portfolio rights were previously granted, contractually preserved, or otherwise lawfully available to the Company, those rights are not affected solely by the subsequent publication of this Policy.
Historical projects remain subject to the agreements, permissions, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law governing them.
- 18. PORTFOLIO USE
Portfolio materials may be used in:
- PDF presentations;
- Sales presentations;
- Business proposals;
- Client meetings;
- Conferences;
- Educational lectures;
- Industry events.
Such use is intended solely for professional presentation, business development, and demonstration of expertise.
- 19. AWARDS, COMPETITIONS, AND INDUSTRY PUBLICATIONS
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may submit eligible projects to:
- Design awards;
- Industry competitions;
- Professional publications;
- Architectural exhibitions;
- Educational publications;
- Industry showcases.
Submission shall occur only where permitted by applicable rights and confidentiality obligations.
- 20. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Where publication is based solely on client consent, a client may request withdrawal of that consent.
Requests should be submitted in writing.
The Company will evaluate such requests in good faith while considering:
- Existing contractual rights;
- Published materials;
- Business reliance interests;
- Legal obligations;
- Practical feasibility.
Withdrawal of consent may not require removal where independent legal publication rights exist.
Each request shall be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable privacy or data protection law.
- 21. NO OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio to publish, display, reference, or otherwise promote any project.
The Company reserves sole discretion regarding:
- Whether a project will be published;
- The manner of publication;
- The extent of publication;
- The duration of publication;
- The platforms used for publication.
A completed project may be omitted from the portfolio for strategic, legal, confidentiality, business, or creative reasons.
- 22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio shall not be liable for:
- Third-party misuse of published portfolio materials;
- Unauthorized copying by external parties;
- Platform-related issues;
- Search engine indexing;
- Social media redistribution;
- Actions beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
The Company will take reasonable steps to protect portfolio content but cannot guarantee complete prevention of unauthorized third-party use.
- 23. CLIENT WARRANTIES
By providing materials, information, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content for project purposes, the client represents and warrants that:
- They possess the necessary rights;
- They are authorized to provide such materials;
- To the client’s knowledge, the materials do not infringe third-party rights;
- Publication permissions have been obtained where required.
The Company may rely upon such representations and warranties unless circumstances clearly indicate otherwise.
- 24. NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS
Failure by Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio to exercise any right described in this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver shall be valid only if expressly confirmed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to enforce its rights at any time.
- 25. RESERVATION OF PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Where portfolio usage rights have been retained, granted, contractually preserved, or are otherwise lawfully available to the Company, Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may reference, display, describe, and present completed work as part of its professional portfolio.
Such use remains subject to applicable written agreements, confidentiality obligations, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), consent restrictions, privacy and third-party rights, and applicable law.
Portfolio rights are an important component of the Company’s ability to demonstrate expertise, experience, and professional capabilities.
- 26. POLICY CHANGES
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio reserves the right to update, amend, revise, or replace this Portfolio Usage & Client Consent Policy at any time.
Changes may result from:
- Legal developments;
- Regulatory requirements;
- Privacy obligations;
- Technological advancements;
- Business growth;
- Expansion of services.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the applicable website.

- 28. GOVERNING LAW
This Portfolio Usage & Client Consent Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- 29. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DOCUMENTS
This Policy forms part of the broader legal framework of Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio and should be interpreted together with:

- Contracts;
