- 9. CLIENT & COMPANY OWNERSHIP
The creation or delivery of a project does not automatically transfer all intellectual property rights to the client.
The distinction between ownership, assignment, licensing, and usage rights is fundamental.
The exact rights granted to a client are determined by the applicable written proposal, quotation, agreement, license, or project documentation.
Depending on the engagement, the client may receive ownership or defined usage rights relating to approved final deliverables, while Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may retain rights in:
- Creative methodologies;
- Design processes;
- Technical know-how;
- Development systems;
- Preliminary concepts;
- Unused creative directions;

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- 10. RIGHTS TRANSFER
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any assignment, transfer, or license of intellectual property rights becomes effective only when the applicable contractual conditions have been satisfied.

- Full payment of applicable fees;
- Written identification of the rights being transferred or licensed;
- Satisfaction of applicable contractual requirements;
- Absence of conflicting third-party, legal, or contractual restrictions.
Delivery of project files does not, by itself, constitute a complete assignment of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Depending on the project, rights granted to a client may be defined according to:
- Scope of use;
- Exclusivity;
- Territory;
- Duration;
- Industry;
- Media and distribution channels;
