Born on June 24, 1982, in Valjevo, Filip Narančić turned his passion for architecture and design into a thriving career. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism. During his studies, he launched a pilot project that later evolved into today’s Infinity Design Studio.

The Villa Abuja project required the complete architectural development and execution of a luxury family residence in Nigeria, ensuring precise realization according to original design documentation.

A comprehensive architectural and execution strategy was implemented to ensure precision and quality:

Developed detailed floor plans, elevations, and façade documentation

Designed a symmetrical entrance composition with central columns and balcony

Prepared full window schedules with dimensions, opening systems, and glass specifications

Selected durable façade materials including stone veneers, stucco finishes, decorative moldings, and roofing edge details

Integrated 50 mm YTONG panels for column cladding to improve thermal and moisture resistance

Designed complete landscape layout with paved zones, greenery, and exterior lighting

Created a detailed material library for all exterior finishes

Produced photorealistic renderings for all exterior zones including entrance, terrace, parking, and garden

Provided consulting and coordination support throughout construction to ensure alignment with design intent
