Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes
Revisions & additional edits:
For Photography Services, the revision allowance is defined per package:
- Package 1 (Start Premium): up to 2 revision rounds
- Package 2 (Growth Premium): up to 3 revision rounds
- Package 3 (Brand System Pack): up to 4 revision rounds
- Package 4 (Full Launch Pack): up to 5 revision rounds
- Package 5 (Signature Visual Presence): up to 6 revision rounds
- Package 6 (Custom Enterprise Engagement): by agreement (scope-dependent)
Any request beyond the initially agreed scope (e.g., additional shooting locations, extra production days, expanded shot lists, new creative directions, additional image selections, advanced retouching requirements, extended licensing, additional deliverables, or supplementary consulting and production services) is considered a scope extension and will be quoted and billed separately.
This approach ensures transparency and protects quality throughout the entire Photography Production Process, Post-Production Workflow, and final delivery phase.

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1–5)
These packages cover clearly defined photographic deliverables, production timelines, and editing requirements.
Billing model:
✔️ Service Agreement signed before project start.
✔️ 50% deposit upon offer approval – secures your production slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% payment before delivery of final materials or upon completion.
For long-term content partnerships and recurring productions, payment in 3–4 installments may be available upon request.
Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement (on request)
A year-round strategic partnership providing ongoing Photography Services, content production, post-production, and visual communication support.
Billing options — examples:

✔️ Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels after production has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance payment is non-refundable.
For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
