€220–€380 per item (depending on text, color, or regulatory variations). Each additional SKU represents a unique product variation that requires new layout adjustments, labeling compliance checks, and final print exports.

€120–€180 (layout adaptation + QA). Includes translation layout adjustment and quality assurance for bilingual or multilingual packaging versions.
3D / photorealistic renders & marketing visuals (outside package):
From €180 per render (complex scenes €350–€1,500+). Used for premium presentations, advertising campaigns, and e-commerce listings.
Prepress & color management (spot / foil / emboss, dieline QA):
€90–€140 per hour. Covers detailed print preparation, finishing options, and technical verification of dielines.
Vendor coordination / print supervision:
10–15% of production cost (minimum €350). Covers print vendor selection, proof verification, and quality control of production output.
Express delivery (≤48h where feasible):
+40% on the selected package value. Priority mode for urgent projects with guaranteed turnaround and dedicated time allocation.
Licensing of fonts / photos / stock materials:
At actual purchase cost (with proof of license provided). Ensures full legal compliance and transparency in resource usage.
Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes
Revisions & additional edits:
All packages include a clearly defined number of revisions (2 to 6 rounds, depending on the package). Any change beyond the agreed project scope — such as a new creative direction, extra SKU variants, language versions, new photography, or additional 3D renders — will be treated as a scope extension and quoted separately.

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1–5)
These packages cover specific creative deliverables with a clearly outlined scope of work.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of Service Agreement before the start of work.
✔️ 550% advance payment upon quote approval – secures project slot and start.
✔️ Remaining 50% paid before delivery of final materials or upon project completion. Three-installment payment available for long-term clients or upon request.
Annual engagement model (Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement)
This package provides ongoing, strategic partnership with extended creative resources throughout the year.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of a detailed annual agreement with defined scope and deliverables.
✔️ Payment options:
- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.
Quarterly payment – upfront for the following three months. - Full upfront payment – with added benefits or discounts (upon agreement).
A fully customized billing model is possible depending on project scope and client requirements.
Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
