Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes

Revisions & additional edits:

For Label Design, the revision count is defined per package:

Package 1: up to 2 rounds
Package 2: up to 3 rounds
Package 3: up to 4 rounds
Package 4: up to 5 rounds
Package 5: up to 6 rounds
Package 6: by agreement (scope-dependent)

Any change beyond the initially agreed scope (e.g., a completely new creative route, extra SKU variants, additional language versions, new photography/3D visuals outside the package) is considered a scope extension and will be quoted and billed separately.

Payment & Collaboration Structure

For Label Design projects, our goal is a streamlined process and precise deliveries.

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1–5)

These packages cover specific design deliverables within a clearly defined scope.

Billing model:

✔️ Service Agreement signed prior to project start.
✔️ 50% deposit upon quote approval (reserves slot and kick-off)
✔️ 50% before delivery of final files (or upon completion, as agreed).

Three-installment payment may be available for long-term clients or by prior arrangement.

Custom engagement (Package 6)

For complex/serial labels and multi-market teams.

Billing model:

✔️ Milestone-based (research → concept → finalization)

✔️ Monthly (for large series/rolling pipeline)

✔️ Full upfront (with benefits, upon agreement)

Cancellation / Termination Policy

If a client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable. 

For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
