Any additional sessions, multiple shooting locations, talent engagement, or special production requirements (studio work, set design, post-production, etc.) are billed separately in line with professional production standards. 

Reference market rates: Photography – mid-to-expert $100–$500/h; Video projects – $1,000 to $50,000+, depending on complexity and scale.

Additional products, language versions, marketplaces, or international market adaptations are billed according to the actual scope of work.

For larger rollouts, a milestone-based implementation model is recommended to ensure transparency and accurate budget control.

Priority Mode / 48-Hour Express Delivery:

For accelerated workflows and express delivery within 48 hours (where technically feasible), a +40% surcharge applies to the active project phase.

Additional Presentations / Pitch Decks:

Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes

Revisions & additional edits:

For Consulting & Technical Support Services, the revision allowance is defined per package:

Package 1 (Strengthened Visual Identity): up to 2 revision rounds
Package 2 (Advanced Brand Preparation): up to 3 revision rounds
Package 3 (Global Launch Preparation): up to 4 revision rounds
Package 4 (Strategic Growth Partner): up to 5 revision rounds
Package 5 (Infinity Brand Command): up to 6 revision rounds
Package 6 (Custom Enterprise Collaboration): by agreement (scope-dependent)

Any request beyond the initially agreed scope (e.g., additional consulting sessions, expanded strategic planning, new market analyses, additional brand audits, extended technical support, supplementary presentations, extra deliverables, new project streams, or additional implementation support) is considered a scope extension and will be quoted and billed separately.

This approach ensures transparency and protects quality throughout the entire Consulting Process, Strategic Planning Workflow, and implementation phase.

Payment & Collaboration Structure

That’s why our pricing and billing models are structured in advance — eliminating delays, misunderstandings, or misalignment during project execution.

For One-Time Fixed Price Packages (Package 1, 2, and 3)

These packages are focused on well-defined creative or technical deliverables with a specific scope.

Payment Terms:

✔️ Signing a Service Agreement before the project begins.
✔️ 50% upfront payment upon accepting the offer and receiving the proforma invoice – to confirm the collaboration and reserve a time slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% to be paid before final delivery or upon project completion.

A three-installment model may be approved for long-term clients or special circumstances.

For Annual Retainer Packages (Package 4, 5, and 6)

These packages are designed for long-term strategic partnerships and continuous business premium support.

Payment Options:

✔️ Signing a 12-month contract with clearly defined monthly, quarterly, or annual payment obligations.
Available payment models:

Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month for the current period.
Quarterly prepayment – for the upcoming 3-month period.
Full annual prepayment – with added benefits, bonuses, or custom discounts (based on agreement).

For Package 6 (Infinity Guardian Retainer), we offer fully tailored payment structures to match the project complexity, brand dynamics, and overall partnership goals.

Cancellation / Termination Policy

If a client cancels after project work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance is non-refundable.

For 12-month agreements, termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
