Architecture Packages Defined By Project Stage, Spatial Complexity, And The Level Of Resolution Your Project Actually Requires

Purple line icon of modern buildings representing the Architecture service.

Every Project Enters Architecture At A Different Point.
Every Stage Requires A Different Level Of Design Responsibility.
The Right Package Reflects How Far The Architecture Needs To Be Developed.

CONCEPT DIRECTION, SPATIAL PLANNING, INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE, 3D VISUALIZATION, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT, AND PROJECT COORDINATION—STRUCTURED ACCORDING TO THE REAL DEPTH OF THE COMMISSION.

An architectural project cannot be priced responsibly by floor area or visual ambition alone. Its real scope is shaped by project stage, site conditions, program complexity, number and type of spaces, existing documentation, renovation constraints, visualization requirements, technical depth, approval conditions, stakeholder structure, and the level of coordination expected from the studio.

Some clients need an early professional framework before committing to a larger investment: brief interpretation, feasibility-oriented thinking, concept direction, spatial organization, and selected visual studies that establish whether the project has a convincing architectural foundation. Others arrive with an approved direction and require deeper development through plans, sections, interior resolution, material thinking, architectural visualization, documentation, or coordinated presentation.

More advanced commissions may involve multiple units, larger spatial programs, complex interiors, hospitality or commercial environments, development-led projects, extensive visualization, planning support, detailed documentation, or multidisciplinary coordination across several stages. At that level, the architectural service becomes less about producing individual deliverables and more about maintaining coherence as the number of decisions, participants, dependencies, and technical requirements increases.

For that reason, each package represents a defined level of architectural involvement, not simply a larger quantity of drawings or renderings. The investment reflects how much analysis, design development, spatial testing, visualization, documentation, coordination, review, and professional responsibility the project requires before it can move confidently into its next stage.

Where photography, animation, advanced 3D production, specialist consultants, localization, external approvals, additional project phases, construction-stage involvement, or other requirements extend beyond the selected package, those elements are defined separately before the related work begins. This keeps the architectural scope clear, professionally manageable, commercially transparent, and appropriate to the actual needs of the commission.

THE PRICE SHOULD REFLECT THE RESPONSIBILITY CARRIED BY THE PROJECT — NOT AN ARBITRARY NUMBER OF DRAWINGS, ROOMS, OR VISUALS.

Not Sure Which Package Is Right For You?

We understand that choosing the right package may seem overwhelming. That’s why we created a clear and simple process:

PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURE ENGAGEMENT TERMS · PROJECT SCOPE · RESPONSIBILITY · DELIVERY CONTROL

Architecture Scope, Add-Ons, Revisions, Responsibilities & Collaboration Terms

CLEAR PROJECT BOUNDARIES, DEFINED DESIGN STAGES, AND TRANSPARENT COMMERCIAL TERMS—SO EVERY ARCHITECTURAL DECISION MOVES FORWARD WITH THE RIGHT INFORMATION, RESPONSIBILITY, AND LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL RESOLUTION.

Our professional Architecture Services are structured around the actual stage, scale, complexity, location, technical requirements, and intended outcome of each project. A selected package establishes the confirmed level of Architectural Design, Spatial Planning, Interior Architecture, 3D Architectural Visualization, Technical Documentation, coordination, review, and professional delivery included within the engagement.

Architecture develops through connected decisions. A change to the brief, site information, spatial program, number of units, approved concept, technical requirements, consultant structure, or intended project stage can affect multiple deliverables at once. For that reason, work introduced beyond the approved package is assessed before it enters production rather than being absorbed informally into the original scope.

All add-ons, additional phases, expanded responsibilities, third-party requirements, and Change Of Scope requests are confirmed in writing before related work begins. This protects the client from unexpected commitments while allowing Infinity Design Studio to maintain the time, professional attention, technical control, and architectural quality required by the project.

The written proposal and Service Agreement define the binding project-specific scope. Where a project agreement contains more specific provisions than this pricing-page summary, the approved written agreement takes precedence.

Notes On Scope & Add-ons

An Architecture engagement may expand as new spatial requirements, additional units, technical dependencies, visualization needs, approval stages, or implementation requirements become clear.

Additional work is always assessed in relation to the approved architectural direction and existing project system. A genuine extension of an established project is treated differently from a new building, new site, fundamentally changed program, or substantial redesign.

Additional Unit Or Space Within The Same Approved Project System

€1,500–€3,500

Available when an additional unit, room group, zone, or related space can be developed within an already approved architectural language and project framework.

Depending on complexity, the extension may include:

  • layout adaptation;
  • spatial planning;
  • material and finish coordination;
  • selected architectural drawings;
  • associated 3D views where agreed;
  • dimensional development;
  • project-file integration;
  • coordination with the approved architectural system.

The exact fee depends on area, program complexity, level of documentation, amount of redesign required, technical dependencies, and relationship to the original project.

A new building, substantially different unit type, additional floor, new project phase, changed site, or fundamentally different program is not automatically treated as an additional unit and may require separate scoping.

Additional Language Version

€800–€1,200 Per Language

Available where approved architectural presentations, schedules, client-facing documentation, or selected project materials require an additional language version.

The service may include:

  • text replacement;
  • document adaptation;
  • hierarchy and layout adjustment;
  • terminology consistency;
  • selected schedule adaptation;
  • presentation updates;
  • final language-version quality review.

Translations must be supplied and approved by the client unless professional translation is explicitly commissioned separately.

Translation accuracy, legal terminology, planning terminology, regulatory interpretation, and jurisdiction-specific certification are not included unless expressly agreed through an appropriate qualified provider.

Additional 3D Architectural Render Or Animation Segment

Additional Render: From €380

Animation Extension: From €1,800

Available for visual material beyond the number or type of views included within the selected Architecture Package.

Additional work may include Interior Architectural Visualization, Exterior Architectural Visualization, development views, investor imagery, presentation compositions, additional camera angles, lighting scenarios, or animation sequences.

Final pricing depends on:

  • scene complexity;
  • availability and condition of the approved 3D model;
  • number of spaces or buildings visible;
  • material-development requirements;
  • environment and landscaping complexity;
  • furniture and asset requirements;
  • lighting conditions;
  • camera movement;
  • final resolution;
  • animation duration;
  • post-production requirements;
  • intended presentation or commercial use.

A new design direction, materially changed geometry, extensive remodeling of an approved scene, or substantially different environment is separately assessed.

Express Delivery Where Feasible

+30% Of The Selected Package Value

Priority scheduling may be considered for projects requiring accelerated production.

Express delivery is accepted only after a feasibility review and may require:

  • complete project information available at commencement;
  • one authorized client decision-maker;
  • accelerated feedback;
  • shorter approval windows;
  • consolidated comments;
  • immediate access to required consultants or technical inputs;
  • fixed deliverables;
  • no unapproved scope expansion during the accelerated period.

An express fee purchases priority production capacity, not the removal of professional design stages or technical requirements.

Urgent scheduling cannot override delays caused by incomplete surveys, missing information, consultants, authorities, client approvals, external suppliers, or other dependencies outside the studio’s control.

Technical Documentation & Additional Coordination

€90–€140 Per Hour

Available where architectural documentation or coordination requirements extend beyond the level already included within the selected package.

This may include:

  • additional details;
  • drawing development;
  • additional sections or elevations;
  • specification coordination;
  • schedules;
  • expanded documentation packages;
  • technical review;
  • BIM-related support where compatible with the project workflow;
  • consultant coordination;
  • contractor clarification;
  • selected pre-tender preparation;
  • additional implementation-related architectural input.

This service covers architectural responsibilities only unless another professional discipline is expressly included.

Structural engineering, MEP engineering, fire protection, geotechnical services, specialist calculations, certification, cost consulting, and other regulated disciplines remain separate professional services.

Site Review, Construction-Phase Support & Contractor Coordination

Quoted Separately According To Scope, Location, Frequency, And Duration

Where appropriate, the engagement may extend into selected site visits, architectural review, contractor clarification, design-intent review, material review, and implementation coordination.

The commercial model may be structured as a day rate, agreed milestone fee, recurring support arrangement, or project-specific percentage where appropriate and defined in writing.

Site involvement does not automatically constitute continuous construction supervision, project management, contractor management, clerk-of-works responsibility, health-and-safety responsibility, or acceptance of contractor workmanship.

The contractor and relevant construction professionals remain responsible for construction methods, sequencing, site safety, workmanship, tolerances, temporary works, procurement, and execution unless a different responsibility is explicitly established by written contract and applicable professional law.

Feasibility, Site Strategy & Environmental Performance Review

Upon Request

Early-stage Architecture projects may require a broader assessment before significant design investment begins.

The service may include:

  • Feasibility Studies;
  • program testing;
  • site organization;
  • access and circulation thinking;
  • early massing;
  • development relationships;
  • orientation;
  • daylight considerations;
  • spatial efficiency;
  • preliminary environmental-design considerations;
  • early project-risk identification.

These studies support informed architectural decision-making but do not constitute a legal development entitlement, formal valuation, structural assessment, certified energy analysis, environmental certification, planning approval, or specialist engineering report unless separately commissioned through qualified professionals.

Measured Survey & Existing-Condition Documentation

Quoted Separately Where Required

Accurate existing-condition information is fundamental to renovation, adaptation, interior architecture, and work involving existing buildings.

Where verified drawings or professional survey information are not supplied by the client, additional measurement or survey services may be required before architectural development can proceed.

The scope may include:

  • selected site measurement;
  • existing-plan preparation;
  • photographic documentation;
  • visible-condition recording;
  • dimensional verification relevant to the approved scope.

Where specialist surveying, boundary verification, topographical surveying, laser scanning, structural investigation, utility mapping, or legally certified survey information is required, an appropriate external professional must be appointed.

Planning, Permit & Authority-Related Extensions

Quoted According To Project And Jurisdiction

Where planning or permit-related work is explicitly included within a selected package, the listed package scope governs.

Additional submissions, revised authority packages, repeated submissions resulting from external comments, new planning requirements, expanded documentation, changes in legislation, or work introduced after the approved scope may require additional fees.

Authority application fees, statutory charges, specialist reports, licensed local professionals, surveys, engineering documentation, translations, notarization, certifications, and other external costs are not included unless specifically stated.

No architectural package constitutes a guarantee of planning permission, permit issuance, authority acceptance, or approval by any public body.

Specialist Consultants & Regulated Professional Services

Quoted Separately Unless Explicitly Included

A project may require additional qualified professionals including:

  • structural engineers;
  • MEP engineers;
  • fire consultants;
  • accessibility specialists;
  • geotechnical consultants;
  • landscape architects;
  • surveyors;
  • quantity surveyors or cost consultants;
  • lighting specialists;
  • façade specialists;
  • acousticians;
  • sustainability consultants;
  • locally registered architects or engineers;
  • other jurisdiction-specific professionals.

Infinity Design Studio may coordinate relevant architectural interfaces where included, but specialist professionals remain responsible for their own calculations, drawings, certifications, advice, and statutory obligations.

Travel, Remote Projects & Additional Site Attendance

Quoted According To Location And Requirement

Travel outside the agreed project area, accommodation, transport, visas, shipping, international coordination, extended site attendance, or repeated in-person meetings may be charged separately.

International Architecture work may also require locally appointed professionals for permitting, certification, code interpretation, or statutory sign-off.

Third-Party Assets, Data & Licensed Resources

Charged At Actual Purchase Cost Unless Otherwise Agreed

Any licensed resources required by an approved project direction—such as specialist 3D assets, mapping data, imagery, fonts, textures, technical databases, plugins, models, or other third-party resources—are treated separately where a paid license is required.

Third-party materials remain governed by their original licensing conditions and cannot automatically be transferred as unrestricted intellectual property.

Physical Samples, Mockups, Printing & Specialist Production

Quoted Separately

Physical models, printed presentation boards, large-format plotting, material samples, custom mockups, prototype elements, shipping, fabrication, laboratory testing, or other physical production are not automatically included in digital Architecture Packages.

Where these services are required, the scope, supplier responsibility, approval process, and external production costs are defined separately.

Source Files, CAD/BIM Files & Editable Working Material

Editable working files are not automatically included unless they are expressly listed within the approved proposal or package.

Final delivery may include agreed architectural drawings, approved presentation files, selected production-ready outputs, or editable files where specifically included.

Any editable-file delivery may require review of:

  • third-party licenses;
  • linked resources;
  • file organization;
  • software compatibility;
  • proprietary studio assets;
  • model cleanup;
  • external consultant information;
  • preparation time;
  • intended downstream use.

Exploratory concepts, rejected alternatives, internal working studies, templates, studio systems, licensed resources, and non-transferable third-party assets are not automatically transferred.

Future Project Expansion

An approved architectural direction may later continue into additional units, new spaces, further project phases, expanded Interior Architecture, deeper Technical Documentation, additional visualization, consultant coordination, or implementation support.

Future work is assessed according to the condition of the existing project, current information, new requirements, time elapsed, technical compatibility, regulatory changes, and intended deliverables.

No future phase automatically becomes part of the original package. Its scope and fee are confirmed before work resumes.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE SHOULD NEVER BLUR THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. EVERY EXTENSION IS DEFINED BEFORE IT BEGINS—SO THE ARCHITECTURE CAN GROW WITHOUT LOSING CONTROL OF COST, RESPONSIBILITY, TECHNICAL DEPTH, OR DELIVERY.

Standard Revisions Vs. Additional Changes

Revisions & Additional Edits

Each Architecture Package contains a defined number of structured revision rounds:

  • Package 1 — Start Premium: Up To 2 Revision Rounds
  • Package 2 — Growth Premium: Up To 3 Revision Rounds
  • Package 3 — Brand System Pack: Up To 4 Revision Rounds
  • Package 4 — Full Launch System Pack: Up To 5 Revision Rounds
  • Package 5 — Architectural System Presence: Up To 6 Revision Rounds
  • Package 6 — Custom Enterprise Engagement: Defined By Written Agreement And Approved Scope

Included revisions exist to develop and refine an approved architectural direction, not to repeatedly replace it.

Depending on the project stage, an included revision may address:

  • room relationships;
  • circulation;
  • spatial hierarchy;
  • selected dimensions;
  • material direction;
  • façade or elevation refinement;
  • visual balance;
  • selected built-in elements;
  • lighting relationships;
  • approved 3D studies;
  • presentation hierarchy;
  • project-specific architectural details already within scope.

A revision makes an approved solution more resolved.

It does not create a different commission.

What Is Considered A Change Of Scope

A request becomes a Change Of Scope when it materially alters the basis, scale, responsibilities, or approved direction of the engagement.

Examples may include:

  • a substantially new architectural concept;
  • new building or site;
  • additional floors;
  • additional units or zones;
  • material increase in project area;
  • major change in program or intended use;
  • redesign after formal stage approval;
  • additional documentation phases;
  • new planning or permit requirements;
  • additional authority submissions;
  • new consultant coordination requirements;
  • additional render sets or animation;
  • newly introduced technical systems;
  • additional site attendance;
  • changes to previously confirmed deliverables;
  • substantial client-requested changes after an approved milestone.

Such requests are reviewed before production continues and may require revised pricing, adjusted timing, additional resources, a new milestone, or additional advance payment.

Reopening An Approved Architectural Stage

Approval of a brief, concept, schematic plan, developed-design direction, visualization set, material direction, or documentation stage confirms that the project may progress using that information as its foundation.

Reopening an earlier approved stage can affect work already developed downstream.

For example, changing an approved plan may also require updates to sections, elevations, 3D models, visualization, material decisions, details, schedules, consultant coordination, and documentation.

Where reopening an approved stage creates substantial downstream work, that work may be treated as additional scope.

This protects both the architectural integrity of the project and the time already invested in approved development.

Consolidated Feedback & Decision-Making

Each engagement should have one authorized client contact responsible for collecting internal comments and returning one consolidated response through the agreed communication channel.

Fragmented, contradictory, or sequential instructions from multiple stakeholders can create duplicated design work and may affect the number of revision rounds, schedule, and commercial scope.

A revision round is measured by the coordinated review of an agreed design stage—not by unlimited individual messages or stakeholder requests submitted separately over time.

Client Approval

Client approval confirms that the reviewed stage may proceed.

Approvals should therefore be given only after the client has internally reviewed the relevant design, spatial relationships, dimensions, materials, visualization, documentation, costs known to the client, stakeholder requirements, and other applicable project information.

A later request to reverse an approved decision may affect connected work and may require additional scope.

Payment & Collaboration Structure

Professional Architecture Requires Clear Commercial Responsibility

Our Architecture engagements are built around defined scope, transparent payment stages, identifiable responsibilities, structured approvals, and professional continuity from commencement to final handover.

Fixed-Price Architecture Packages

Packages 1–5

The selected package defines the approved Architectural Deliverables, project stage, included revision rounds, visualization level, documentation depth, and listed project limits.

Billing Model

✓ A signed Service Agreement is required before project commencement.

✓ A 50% advance payment activates the engagement, reserves production capacity, and confirms the approved commencement schedule.

✓ The remaining 50% balance becomes payable after final approval and before release of the complete final deliverables.

✓ Larger fixed-price engagements may be divided into 3 installments only when approved in advance and documented in writing.

✓ Additional services, external costs, consultant fees, authority charges, travel, licensed resources, physical production, or approved scope extensions are invoiced separately where applicable.

✓ Final delivery depends on timely receipt of required project information, client approvals, consultant inputs, feedback, and payment milestones.

✓ Client-side delays may require adjustment of the agreed production schedule.

Package 6 — Custom Enterprise Engagement

Upon Request

Custom Enterprise Engagement is intended for projects that exceed the boundaries of a conventional fixed package—such as complex developments, multi-phase Architecture, broader Interior Architecture programs, Urban Planning involvement, multiple locations, extended technical development, recurring visualization requirements, or ongoing project support.

The engagement may include:

  • multi-phase architectural development;
  • extended project strategy;
  • larger site or development planning;
  • multiple buildings, spaces, or locations;
  • recurring Interior Architecture development;
  • extended Technical Documentation;
  • ongoing visualization;
  • consultant coordination;
  • site and contractor support where agreed;
  • project governance;
  • recurring review and approval stages.

A dedicated agreement defines the approved scope, professional responsibilities, deliverables, project stages, review procedures, external dependencies, commercial structure, and schedule.

Payment Options May Include:

1. Monthly Invoicing — issued by the 5th of each month according to the approved annual or recurring schedule.

2. Quarterly Payment — paid in advance for the following three-month engagement period.

3. Full Upfront Payment — available where commercially appropriate, with any agreed benefit or adjustment stated in writing.

4. Custom Milestone Structure — developed around project stage, location, scale, consultant dependencies, implementation milestones, and duration.

No recurring or enterprise arrangement creates an unlimited scope. Deliverables, capacity, response expectations, and responsibilities remain governed by the written engagement.

Collaboration Requirements

One Authorized Client Contact

Every Architecture engagement requires one responsible client-side contact for coordination, approvals, consolidated feedback, scheduling, commercial communication, and distribution of decisions among the client’s stakeholders.

Approved Project Brief & Program

The client is responsible for confirming the project requirements that form the basis of the engagement.

This may include:

  • intended use;
  • room or functional program;
  • occupancy requirements;
  • client priorities;
  • operational requirements;
  • required capacities;
  • known budget framework;
  • site information;
  • desired project stage;
  • stakeholder requirements;
  • known deadlines;
  • other project-specific constraints.

Substantial changes to the approved brief after design development has begun may constitute a Change Of Scope.

Site Information, Surveys & Existing Conditions

Architectural decisions depend on the reliability of the information on which they are based.

Unless separately commissioned, the client is responsible for supplying appropriate existing information, which may include legal site information, verified surveys, existing plans, measured drawings, topographic data, property documentation, utility information, structural information, consultant reports, and other relevant technical records.

Infinity Design Studio may identify inconsistencies visible within supplied material but cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party survey or technical information.

Hidden conditions discovered after work begins may require reassessment of the architectural solution and project scope.

Planning, Building Regulations & Local Professional Requirements

Architecture projects may be subject to planning law, building regulations, zoning requirements, heritage controls, accessibility regulations, fire requirements, local construction codes, professional licensing rules, and other jurisdiction-specific obligations.

Where Infinity Design Studio is not contractually appointed as the locally responsible licensed professional, the client must appoint any Architect Of Record, engineer, planner, regulatory consultant, or locally licensed professional required by applicable law.

The studio does not guarantee that a design will receive authority approval.

Authority comments, regulatory changes, legal interpretations, and additional submission requirements may create new professional work.

Specialist Engineering & Consultant Responsibility

Unless explicitly included, structural engineering, MEP engineering, fire engineering, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, acoustics, façade engineering, energy certification, cost consulting, and other specialist professional disciplines are excluded from the Architecture Package.

Each appointed specialist remains professionally responsible for their own work.

Architectural coordination does not transfer that specialist responsibility to Infinity Design Studio.

Construction Cost & Budget Responsibility

Where project-cost considerations inform the design, Infinity Design Studio may work within the budget information provided by the client and appointed cost professionals.

Unless formal Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultancy, contractor pricing, or specialist estimating is separately included, any early cost references are indicative and should not be treated as guaranteed construction prices.

Final construction cost may be affected by market conditions, contractor pricing, procurement strategy, location, taxes, material availability, labor costs, specification changes, site conditions, and technical requirements beyond the studio’s control.

Contractor, Fabricator & Site Execution Responsibility

The contractor, fabricator, supplier, and relevant construction professionals are responsible for their own workmanship, construction methodology, sequencing, measurements taken for fabrication, temporary works, health and safety, site management, procurement, installation, tolerances, and compliance with their contractual obligations.

Architectural drawings do not remove the contractor’s obligation to verify site dimensions and technical conditions before manufacture or installation.

Where a discrepancy is identified, clarification should be requested before affected work proceeds.

Materials, Samples & Physical Approval

Digital visualization and material specifications communicate the intended architectural direction but cannot perfectly reproduce every physical characteristic of a manufactured material.

Where relevant, the client, contractor, manufacturer, or supplier should review and approve physical samples, finish samples, mockups, color references, technical data, installation requirements, and fabrication information before procurement or construction.

Material availability, batch variation, substrate behavior, manufacturing tolerances, weathering, installation quality, and lighting conditions may affect final appearance.

3D Visualization & Representation Accuracy

Architectural visualizations are developed to communicate the approved design direction and may also be used as design-evaluation tools.

They should not be interpreted as substitutes for construction documentation, engineering calculations, fabrication drawings, surveys, final material samples, or site verification.

Minor differences may occur between visualization and completed construction due to manufacturing, procurement, engineering, regulatory, site, contractor, or client decisions introduced after the visualization stage.

Sustainability & Environmental Claims

Where sustainable-design thinking forms part of the architectural approach, it is developed within the professional scope explicitly agreed for the project.

General architectural consideration of orientation, daylight, material selection, spatial efficiency, passive principles, and environmental performance does not constitute certified environmental assessment or performance verification.

Formal sustainability certification, energy modeling, lifecycle assessment, or regulated environmental reporting requires appropriately qualified specialist involvement where applicable.

Third-Party Materials & Licensing

The client confirms that all supplied logos, photographs, maps, reference material, drawings, technical data, trademarks, documents, and other third-party materials may legally be used within the engagement.

Third-party resources remain subject to their original licenses.

Infinity Design Studio cannot transfer rights it does not own.

Confidentiality & NDA

Confidential project workflows, restricted documentation, private presentations, controlled file access, NDA-compatible collaboration, and delayed portfolio publication can be accommodated where required.

The client must identify confidential, unreleased, security-sensitive, proprietary, or legally restricted information before it enters production.

Infinity Design Studio does not publish confidential work where the agreed authorization for publication has not been granted.

Ownership, Authorship & Usage Rights

Client usage rights, architectural deliverables, editable-file delivery, publication rights, confidentiality requirements, and portfolio permissions are governed by the written proposal and Service Agreement.

Following full settlement of the agreed project fees, the client receives the deliverables and usage rights expressly defined for the commissioned project.

Architectural authorship, intellectual property, internal design systems, working methods, unused alternatives, and non-transferred rights remain with their respective rights holders unless expressly assigned in writing.

Third-party assets remain subject to their own licensing conditions.

Final Approval & Release

Final architectural deliverables are released once all conditions applicable to the engagement have been satisfied, including:

  • final client approval;
  • payment of the remaining 50% balance or applicable final milestone;
  • settlement of approved external or additional costs;
  • completion of required file preparation;
  • receipt of any client information needed for finalization.

Release of final files does not waive outstanding contractual responsibilities, licensing restrictions, third-party requirements, or obligations relating to later implementation phases.

Project Pause, Delay & Restart

A project may be paused or rescheduled where progress is prevented by missing information, surveys, consultant input, approvals, consolidated feedback, technical decisions, site access, or scheduled payments.

Restarting a paused engagement may require:

  • confirmation of studio availability;
  • revised programme;
  • review of previous project information;
  • technical reassessment;
  • review of changed regulations or site conditions;
  • updated commercial scope;
  • a reactivation fee where significant remobilization is required.

A reserved production slot cannot necessarily be held indefinitely while a project remains inactive.

External Delays & Dependencies

Project schedules may depend on clients, authorities, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, surveyors, manufacturers, and other external participants.

Infinity Design Studio is responsible for the professional services it has expressly agreed to provide but cannot be held responsible for delays arising from external parties or conditions beyond the studio’s reasonable control.

Where such delays materially affect the project, the delivery programme may be revised accordingly.

Final Delivery & Project Archiving

Final files and working archives are retained according to the period defined within the Service Agreement and the studio’s active project-management requirements.

Long-term storage, guaranteed future software compatibility, file migration, archive reconstruction, backup recovery, or indefinite availability of editable production files are not automatically included.

Where a project returns after a substantial period, the existing archive and technical compatibility are reviewed before further work is accepted.

CLEAR SCOPE PROTECTS THE INVESTMENT. DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES PROTECT THE PROCESS. CONTROLLED REVISIONS PROTECT THE CREATIVE DIRECTION. TRANSPARENT COMMERCIAL TERMS PROTECT BOTH SIDES. PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY PROTECTS THE LONG-TERM VALUE OF THE COMPLETE AMAZON & E-COMMERCE SYSTEM.

THAT CLARITY PROTECTS THE ARCHITECTURE, THE CLIENT’S INVESTMENT, THE STUDIO’S PROFESSIONAL DUTY, AND THE PATH FROM FIRST DECISION TO REAL-WORLD REALIZATION.

Cancellation / Termination Policy

If a client cancels after project work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance payment is non-refundable.

For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Infinity Design Studio guarantees transparency, professionalism, and premium project management throughout every phase of the Architectural Development Process.

They connect spatial logic, architectural direction, interior resolution, visualization, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and implementation readiness within one structured project process.

Infinity Design Studio develops Architectural Concept Development, Spatial Planning, Interior Architecture, 3D Visualization, Technical Documentation, Renovation Strategy, And Project Coordination according to the approved scope and real conditions of each engagement. The objective is not to add unnecessary deliverables, but to combine the right architectural disciplines wherever they strengthen design clarity, technical precision, decision-making confidence, and long-term project value.

Every engagement is structured around the real requirements of the project: site conditions, project type, program complexity, interior and exterior scope, level of visualization, documentation depth, coordination demands, approval requirements, revision structure, stakeholder involvement, and intended implementation phase. Two projects may both be called “architecture,” while requiring completely different levels of support.

The package price therefore defines the confirmed architectural scope, design stage, technical depth, and delivery responsibility. Additional units, extra spaces, broader documentation, consultant coordination, animation, extended visualization, faster turnaround, or scope introduced beyond the approved package are assessed separately before that work begins. This keeps the engagement transparent for the client while protecting the design process, project quality, timelines, responsibilities, and professional standards required to deliver the work properly.

THE VALUE OF EACH ARCHITECTURE PACKAGE LIES IN HOW PRECISELY IT MATCHES THE PROJECT’S STAGE, COMPLEXITY, AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
AS THE WORK DEVELOPS, EACH DECISION IS REVIEWED TO KEEP SPATIAL INTENT, TECHNICAL DEPTH, AND FINAL DELIVERY ALIGNED WITH WHAT THE PROJECT IS ACTUALLY BECOMING.

Everything You Need To Know Before We Start Working Together.

Clear Scope. Defined Responsibilities. Professional Collaboration.

Do You Guarantee The Quality Of Final Architectural Deliverables?Most Asked

Yes—within the defined professional scope and agreed stage of architectural development, every deliverable is produced, reviewed, and prepared according to the standards established for the engagement.

For us, quality is not limited to visual refinement. It means that spatial intent, dimensional logic, material decisions, documentation clarity, technical relationships, and approved design direction remain coherent as the project develops.

What no responsible architectural studio should guarantee are outcomes controlled by third parties or external conditions—including planning approval, authority decisions, contractor workmanship, final construction cost, supplier performance, specialist engineering, or site execution. Our responsibility is to deliver the architectural work with the level of rigor, clarity, and professional control defined within the commission.

A premium architectural service is not created by adding more drawings, more renders, or more visual effects. It is created by the quality of thinking connecting every stage of the project.

Our engagements bring together Architectural Concept Development, Spatial Planning, Interior Architecture, Material Strategy, 3D Visualization, Technical Documentation, Design Review, and Professional Coordination within one controlled architectural direction.

The value lies in continuity: the concept should remain recognizable in the plan, the plan in the section, the section in the material logic, and the material logic in the final technical resolution.

That level of integration allows the project to become not only more impressive, but more legible, more defensible, more technically grounded, and substantially better prepared for the decisions that follow.

There is no professionally meaningful “standard duration” for architecture because project time is determined by far more than square meters alone.

The schedule is shaped by project stage, site conditions, program complexity, number of spaces or units, existing documentation, client decision-making, visualization requirements, technical depth, consultant dependencies, authority procedures, and the number of approval stages required before the work can progress.

A focused concept engagement may be resolved comparatively quickly. A project involving Interior Architecture, Developed Design, Technical Documentation, multiple stakeholders, consultant coordination, or approval-related dependencies requires a substantially deeper timeline.

For every engagement, the objective is to establish a realistic programme before commencement—and to protect that programme by making responsibilities, approvals, and dependencies visible from the beginning.

Yes.

Where the project requires it, the architectural scope can extend across exterior form, façade relationships, site response, spatial planning, interior architecture, material development, lighting relationships, visualization, and technical documentation.

We do not treat the interior and exterior as automatically separate design worlds.

For projects where both are included, they are developed as connected parts of the same architectural proposition—so that arrival, massing, openings, circulation, material character, views, daylight, interior sequence, and spatial atmosphere support one another rather than competing as independent design exercises.

The exact depth of each discipline is established through the selected package and confirmed project scope.

Yes.

The Architecture service is specifically structured for projects where the consequences of design decisions extend beyond surface appearance.

That may include private residences, premium residential interiors, hospitality environments, commercial spaces, mixed-use developments, larger property transformations, development-stage concepts, and architecturally demanding renovation projects.

High-value projects require more than visual ambition. They require clear scope, informed approvals, spatial discipline, documentation control, technical coordination, and careful management of decisions that become increasingly expensive to reverse as the project progresses.

Our role is to bring those dimensions together without allowing complexity to dilute the central architectural idea.

A revision develops the project within the architecture already approved.

It may involve refinement of spatial relationships, material direction, dimensional decisions, visual hierarchy, selected layout conditions, detailing, or presentation—provided those changes remain within the agreed brief, project stage, and professional scope.

A Change Of Scope occurs when the underlying assignment changes.

Examples may include new rooms or functional zones, additional floors or units, altered program requirements, major redesign after approval, new documentation phases, additional visualization sets, expanded consultant involvement, new technical requirements, or work introduced beyond the contracted deliverables.

The distinction matters because refinement is part of design development. Replacing the basis of the project is a new professional requirement and must be assessed accordingly before additional work proceeds.

Yes—and these projects often demand some of the most disciplined architectural thinking.

Renovation is rarely simply a matter of “updating” an existing space. It requires understanding what already works, what cannot reasonably change, what has lost functional relevance, and where new interventions can create the greatest spatial value without erasing the useful logic of the existing building.

Depending on scope, we examine existing circulation, dimensions, structure-related constraints, daylight, storage, materials, openings, spatial hierarchy, functional conflicts, interior character, and opportunities for reorganization.

The objective is not to disguise an old condition with a new surface. It is to determine how the existing environment can be transformed into a more coherent, functional, technically informed, and architecturally purposeful whole.

No—and deliberately so.

3D Architectural Visualization is most valuable when it has a defined role in the development of the project. For some commissions, schematic drawings and spatial studies may provide everything required at an early stage. For others, visualization becomes essential for testing proportion, volume, material behavior, lighting, interior relationships, viewpoints, atmosphere, or stakeholder understanding before further commitments are made.

Where included, visualization is treated as more than presentation imagery. It becomes a design and decision-making instrument.

The selected package therefore determines the level, number, and purpose of visual studies, while additional renders, animations, walkthroughs, or presentation assets can be introduced where the project genuinely benefits from them.

Yes—where Technical Documentation forms part of the approved professional scope.

The level of documentation depends on the project stage and may include architectural plans, sections, elevations, dimensions, schedules, material information, selected details, interior architectural documentation, built-in elements, and other project-specific drawing requirements.

However, “construction-ready” should never be used as a vague promise.

The exact documentation level must correspond to the agreed architectural responsibility, local project requirements, consultant structure, specialist input, approval status, and intended use of the drawing package.

Our role is to ensure that the information we are responsible for is developed with the clarity and resolution appropriate to that stage—not to imply that architectural drawings replace structural, MEP, fire, fabrication, or other specialist documentation where those disciplines are required.

Yes—when coordination forms part of the agreed engagement.

Architecture rarely develops in isolation. Depending on project complexity, the design may need to interact with structural engineers, MEP consultants, lighting specialists, contractors, fabricators, suppliers, planners, developers, or other technical disciplines.

Our coordination role is to protect the architectural logic while integrating relevant external information into the project. This may involve reviewing technical dependencies, dimensional conflicts, contractor questions, specialist requirements, material implications, or proposed changes that could affect the approved design direction.

Responsibility boundaries are defined clearly so that coordination strengthens the project without creating ambiguity over who is professionally responsible for each specialist discipline.

Yes.

In many projects, the most valuable architectural decision happens before detailed design begins.

Early-stage support can help clarify whether a site, property, program, or development idea has the spatial logic required to justify deeper investment.

Depending on the commission, this may involve site analysis, program testing, early massing, access and circulation thinking, development relationships, density considerations, preliminary spatial organization, feasibility-oriented studies, or architectural presentation material.

The purpose is not to create premature detail. It is to establish whether the project has a credible architectural direction, understandable development logic, and sufficiently clear foundation before greater resources are committed.

Every project begins with a defined information base.

The client is responsible for providing the available project information relevant to the engagement, which may include site documentation, surveys, existing drawings, dimensions, property information, project brief, functional requirements, reference material, known restrictions, consultant reports, and other existing technical inputs.

Before design development advances, we review what is available and identify information that is incomplete, uncertain, or required from another professional source.

Where additional surveying, engineering investigation, specialist assessment, legal documentation, authority information, or other third-party input is necessary, that requirement is identified separately rather than silently assumed.

Reliable architectural decisions require reliable information. Establishing that foundation is part of protecting the project itself.

The client receives the approved project deliverables and usage rights defined within the Service Agreement and confirmed professional scope.

Architectural authorship, intellectual property, editable working files, internal development material, unused studies, proprietary studio systems, third-party assets, and presentation rights remain governed by the contractual terms applicable to the engagement.

This distinction protects both parties.

The client receives what is required to use the commissioned architectural work for its agreed purpose, while the studio retains the professional authorship and intellectual-property rights that are not expressly transferred in writing.

Where expanded licensing, editable source material, confidentiality, restricted publication, or additional ownership arrangements are required, those conditions can be defined explicitly before commencement.

Yes.

An Architecture Package defines a specific professional stage, not necessarily the final limit of the project.

A commission may begin with early concept development and later progress into Interior Architecture, Developed Design, additional 3D Visualization, Technical Documentation, material development, consultant coordination, construction-phase review, added spaces, new project phases, or broader implementation support.

When the next stage becomes clear, its responsibilities and deliverables are defined before work continues.

This allows the engagement to expand without blurring the boundaries of the original package, while giving the project continuity when deeper architectural involvement is required.

The objective is not to keep adding services indefinitely. It is to allow the professional relationship to evolve only when the next level of involvement creates measurable value for the architecture and the project itself.

DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES CREATE STRONGER DECISIONS. STRONGER DECISIONS KEEP DESIGN QUALITY, PROJECT CONTROL, TECHNICAL CLARITY, AND PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY ALIGNED FROM AGREEMENT TO FINAL DELIVERY.
