Amazon & E-Commerce Packages Built Around Your Product, Marketplace, And Commercial Scope

One Commercial Discipline.
Multiple Levels Of Marketplace Depth.
An Amazon & E-Commerce Design Service Built Around What Your Product Actually Requires.

FROM FOCUSED AMAZON LISTINGS AND A+ CONTENT TO PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY, 3D VISUALIZATION, BRAND STORES, MULTI-SKU SYSTEMS, AND MULTI-MARKET E-COMMERCE ASSETS.

Every Amazon & E-Commerce project requires a different level of marketplace strategy, product communication, visual production, listing architecture, photography, 3D visualization, Brand Store development, localization, and commercial asset preparation.

A single-product listing built from approved existing materials is fundamentally different from a multi-SKU launch requiring new photography, photorealistic 3D assets, A+ Content, Brand Store systems, packaging alignment, multiple languages, and coordinated campaign materials.

Infinity Design Studio structures each package around the product’s real requirements: number of products and variants, existing brand assets, marketplace environments, production complexity, content depth, required visual evidence, regional adaptations, revision scope, technical dependencies, and intended delivery model.

From focused marketplace support to complete commercial product systems, every engagement combines strategic clarity, brand consistency, controlled scope, professional production, and implementation-ready delivery without forcing a smaller assignment into unnecessary complexity or reducing a sophisticated launch to disconnected graphics.

Each package follows the same professional principle: clearly defined deliverables, transparent production responsibilities, structured revisions, explicit scope boundaries, approved source information, and final assets prepared for the commercial environments included in the engagement.

THE PRODUCT MAY EXPAND.
THE STANDARD OF CLARITY, CREDIBILITY, CONSISTENCY, AND PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL DELIVERY REMAINS CONSTANT.

PROFESSIONAL AMAZON & E-COMMERCE ENGAGEMENT TERMS · CLEAR SCOPE · MARKETPLACE TRANSPARENCY

Professional Amazon & E-Commerce Design Scope, Add-Ons, Revisions, And Collaboration Terms

CLEAR DELIVERABLES. DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES. CONTROLLED REVISIONS. PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY FROM FIRST APPROVAL TO FINAL MARKETPLACE HANDOVER.

Professional Amazon & E-Commerce Design engagements are structured around the selected package, approved commercial scope, number of products and SKUs, marketplace environments, listing requirements, A+ Content depth, Brand Store needs, photography and 3D production requirements, localization, campaign applications, revision allowance, technical dependencies, and intended delivery model.

Each package represents a defined level of strategic, creative, and production support. Deliverables are confirmed before production begins so that both the client and Infinity Design Studio understand what is included, what depends on client-supplied information or third-party services, what requires additional production, and what falls outside the approved commercial scope.

The purpose of these terms is not to make collaboration restrictive. It is to protect quality, scheduling, production capacity, commercial transparency, decision clarity, and the integrity of the approved marketplace system as the project develops.

Notes On Scope & Add-ons

Every project can be expanded according to its product portfolio, marketplace requirements, launch strategy, asset volume, production complexity, regional needs, and long-term E-Commerce roadmap.

The following additions apply only where they fall outside the deliverables already included within the selected package.

Additional Product Listing Or Product Variation Within The Same Brand

€1,200–€2,800 Per Additional Product / Listing System

Available where an approved brand direction, product communication structure, marketplace logic, and visual system can responsibly be extended to an additional SKU, product variation, bundle, flavor, size, configuration, or related product.

The final price depends on:

  • amount of new product information;
  • number of listing visuals required;
  • differences between products or variants;
  • new infographic or comparison requirements;
  • photography or 3D production needs;
  • packaging differences;
  • A+ Content implications;
  • regional or language adaptation;
  • number of marketplace applications.

A product that requires fundamentally different positioning, new visual direction, new photography, new 3D development, separate Brand Store architecture, or substantially different communication may require its own project scope rather than being treated as a simple additional listing.

Additional Language Or Regional Market Version

€800–€1,200 Per Language / Approved Market Adaptation

Available where the established visual system can be adapted to another language or commercial market without redesigning the complete product strategy.

May include approved copy replacement, layout adjustment, information-density refinement, text expansion management, hierarchy adaptation, visual rebalancing, and preparation of localized marketplace assets.

The final price depends on:

  • number of assets;
  • text expansion or contraction;
  • number of product variants;
  • marketplace-specific requirements;
  • required layout changes;
  • language complexity;
  • regional content differences;
  • approval and verification requirements.

Professional translation, regulatory review, legal verification, specialist market consultation, claim validation, or mandatory local compliance services are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the approved scope.

Product Or Lifestyle Video Production

From €1,500 Per Video

Video can be added where motion genuinely strengthens product explanation, launch communication, feature demonstration, lifestyle positioning, advertising support, Brand Store presentation, or wider E-Commerce communication.

Depending on the approved concept, scope may include creative direction, storyboard development, editing, motion graphics, product integration, visual effects, approved copy, and final commercial-format preparation.

The final price may change where production requires:

  • original filming;
  • actors, presenters, or models;
  • specialist locations;
  • product styling;
  • props;
  • studio rental;
  • travel;
  • licensed music;
  • voice-over;
  • advanced animation;
  • external production specialists.

Third-party production and licensing costs are confirmed separately before commitment.

Additional 3D Product Rendering & Visualization

From €180 Per Additional Render

This rate applies where an approved 3D model, materials, lighting system, scene direction, and product setup already exist and can be extended efficiently.

Additional cost may apply where a new request requires:

  • new product modeling;
  • packaging reconstruction;
  • advanced materials;
  • liquid, glass, fabric, metallic, or translucent simulations;
  • complex scene development;
  • additional environment creation;
  • technical visualization;
  • product animation;
  • exploded views;
  • major camera or composition redevelopment.

3D production is scoped according to the actual technical and visual complexity of the required result rather than the number of exported images alone.

Additional A+ Content Modules

From €350 Per Additional Module

Available where an approved A+ Content system requires further product storytelling, benefit communication, comparison content, technical explanation, product-family presentation, brand narrative, or marketplace information hierarchy beyond the modules included within the selected package.

The rate assumes the existing visual and communication direction can be extended. New photography, 3D assets, substantial copy development, additional product research, major strategic restructuring, or Premium A+ requirements may require additional scope.

Campaign, Web-Shop & Channel Adaptation

From €650 Per Production Day

Approved Amazon and E-Commerce systems can be extended into Web-Shop banners, campaign graphics, launch assets, promotional formats, social content, advertising creatives, email visuals, landing-page graphics, and supporting digital sales materials where those applications are not already included within the selected package.

Adaptation means translating an approved commercial system into additional formats. A new campaign concept, new creative direction, significant copy development, new production, or a separate communication strategy is scoped independently.

Ongoing Amazon & E-Commerce Consulting

€950–€1,400 Per Month

Available for brands requiring continued professional support around marketplace presentation, listing review, portfolio consistency, launch planning, product-system development, creative recommendations, and future E-Commerce expansion.

The monthly agreement defines supported products, level of involvement, meeting frequency, review volume, advisory responsibility, and included deliverables.

Ongoing consulting does not automatically include unlimited design production, advertising management, Seller Central administration, translations, regulatory services, permanent marketplace maintenance, or guaranteed commercial performance.

Priority / Express Delivery

+40% Of The Approved Project Or Production Value

Priority delivery may be available for projects requiring accelerated scheduling and reserved production capacity.

Express production is accepted only where the project can realistically be delivered without compromising creative quality, technical accuracy, required approvals, third-party dependencies, or previously confirmed client commitments.

The express fee does not remove the client’s responsibility to provide complete source materials, product information, approvals, samples, access, feedback, or payments within the accelerated schedule.

ADD-ON PRICING PRINCIPLE

All add-on prices represent defined starting points or approved ranges. Final pricing is confirmed before additional production begins and may vary according to SKU volume, asset quantity, creative complexity, production requirements, marketplace coverage, language adaptation, external costs, and delivery schedule.

No additional work is intended to appear unexpectedly on the final invoice. Where a request materially changes the approved scope, the commercial impact is identified before the related production proceeds.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE SHOULD NEVER CREATE COMMERCIAL AMBIGUITY. EVERY EXPANSION IS DEFINED, PRICED, AND APPROVED BEFORE IT BECOMES PART OF THE PROJECT.

Standard Revisions Vs. Additional Changes

Revisions & Additional Edits

Every package includes a clearly defined revision allowance:

Start Premium — Up To 2 Revision Rounds
Growth Premium — Up To 3 Revision Rounds
Brand System Pack — Up To 4 Revision Rounds
Complete Product Launch — Up To 5 Revision Rounds
Signature E-Commerce Presence — Up To 6 Revision Rounds
Custom Enterprise Engagement — Defined By Agreement And Approved Scope

The established pricing matrix uses this same principle: included revisions refine an approved direction; they are not an unlimited mechanism for repeatedly redefining the project.

What Counts As A Standard Revision?

Included revisions are intended to refine the approved marketplace, visual, and product-communication direction.

They may include reasonable adjustments to:

  • typography;
  • image selection;
  • composition;
  • content hierarchy;
  • approved copy placement;
  • infographic details;
  • product emphasis;
  • selected graphic elements;
  • visual consistency;
  • approved listing or A+ Content layouts.

A revision round means one consolidated cycle of client feedback submitted after review of the applicable project stage.

Feedback should be internally coordinated wherever multiple stakeholders are involved. Fragmented or contradictory instructions from separate client representatives may require clarification before the next production stage begins.

REVISION PRINCIPLE

A REVISION REFINES THE APPROVED PRODUCT DIRECTION. A CHANGE OF SCOPE EXPANDS THE PRODUCT ITSELF.

What Is Considered Additional Work Or A Change Of Scope?

A request becomes additional scope when it introduces work that was not part of the approved deliverables or materially changes previously approved strategy, production, or creative direction.

This may include:

  • additional products or SKUs;
  • new variants or bundles;
  • additional marketplace environments;
  • additional languages or regions;
  • new A+ Content modules;
  • additional Brand Store pages or sections;
  • new photography;
  • new 3D modeling or scenes;
  • new video production;
  • new campaign formats;
  • substantially different product positioning;
  • new comparison systems;
  • replacement packaging introduced after approval;
  • significant copy changes after approved layouts;
  • new claims or technical information;
  • major redesign of previously approved creative direction.

A new direction is not treated as another revision of the previous direction.

Where the requested change affects cost, schedule, production capacity, or previously approved deliverables, the studio confirms the additional scope before work continues.

CLIENT-SUPPLIED CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL

Product information often evolves during commercial development. Packaging may change, claims may be revised, SKU structures may expand, regulatory information may be updated, or marketplace requirements may change.

Where new information is supplied after a relevant stage has already been approved, any resulting redesign, re-rendering, retouching, reformatting, re-localization, content restructuring, or production replacement may require additional scope.

This protects both parties from treating changes caused by newly introduced source information as errors in previously approved design work.

Payment & Collaboration Structure

Professional Structure With Full Transparency

Professional Amazon & E-Commerce Design projects are built around clear scope, structured review stages, technical transparency, and defined mutual responsibilities.

Fixed-Price Packages

Packages 1–5

The published package price covers the approved Amazon & E-Commerce Design deliverables, revision allowance, and production scope stated within the selected package.

Billing Model

Packages 1–5 operate through a clearly defined Service Agreement, approved proposal, or equivalent written commercial confirmation describing deliverables, responsibilities, revision allowance, production requirements, exclusions, timeline, and payment structure.

50% Advance Payment activates the engagement and reserves the approved production capacity.

The Remaining 50% Balance is settled after final project approval and before release of the complete final production deliverables, controlled source materials where included, or agreed marketplace-ready handover package.

Where a larger fixed-scope project requires several substantial production phases, a 3–4 milestone payment structure may be agreed in writing before project activation.

Approved add-ons, third-party costs, external production, additional SKUs, new languages, expedited work, and other requirements outside the original package are invoiced according to the approved additional scope.

Package 6 — Custom Enterprise Engagement

Upon Request

Custom Enterprise Engagement is intended for more complex commercial requirements such as large product portfolios, recurring marketplace production, multi-market systems, extensive Brand Store development, coordinated launch programs, multi-SKU expansion, localization programs, or longer-term Amazon & E-Commerce support.

A detailed annual, multi-phase, or project-specific agreement defines the approved scope, deliverables, responsibilities, governance, review procedures, production requirements, marketplace coverage, languages, asset volume, team capacity, and timelines.

Billing Model

✓ A detailed annual or multi-phase agreement defines the approved scope, deliverables, responsibilities, governance, review procedures, production requirements, and timelines.

✓ Payment structures may include:

  1. Monthly Invoicing — issued by the 5th Of Each Month according to the approved annual schedule.
  2. Quarterly Payment — confirmed in advance for the following three-month period.
  3. Full Upfront Payment — available with additional benefits or commercial conditions defined in writing.
  4. Custom Milestone Structure — developed according to project scale, SKU volume, production phases, and approval requirements.

✓
A customized billing plan may be arranged according to project scope, duration, confidentiality, market coverage, asset volume, stakeholder structure, and internal approval procedures.

An ongoing engagement does not mean unlimited pages, screens, functionality, research, revisions, or development capacity.

The agreed scope, team capacity, responsibilities, and production limits remain defined in writing.

Most importantly:

An ongoing or enterprise engagement does not mean unlimited products, assets, revisions, languages, campaigns, production time, or studio capacity.

The approved scope, production allocation, responsibilities, and commercial limits remain defined in writing—exactly as established in the reference pricing matrix.

CLIENT INPUTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional marketplace design depends on accurate source information.

The client is responsible for providing, where applicable:

  • approved product specifications;
  • packaging artwork and dielines;
  • brand guidelines and identity assets;
  • approved product claims;
  • ingredients and technical information;
  • certifications;
  • regulatory statements;
  • dimensions and SKU information;
  • product samples;
  • existing photography and 3D assets;
  • marketplace requirements;
  • target languages and markets;
  • access or technical information required for implementation;
  • timely stakeholder feedback and approvals.

The studio develops visual and communication systems around the information supplied and approved for use.

Infinity Design Studio does not independently certify product claims, regulatory compliance, medical statements, ingredient legality, marketplace eligibility, trademark ownership, or other controlled factual information unless specialist verification is expressly included within the engagement.

Where specialist legal, regulatory, scientific, technical, or translation review is required, responsibility and cost are defined separately.

AMAZON, MARKETPLACE & THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

Amazon, E-Commerce platforms, advertising systems, CMS environments, marketplaces, payment providers, and other digital platforms operate under their own technical rules, policies, algorithms, approval processes, file requirements, and commercial conditions.

These may change independently of the studio.

The project scope therefore does not imply control over:

  • Amazon policy changes;
  • Seller Central approval;
  • listing suppression;
  • category restrictions;
  • account status;
  • platform outages;
  • advertising approval;
  • organic ranking;
  • marketplace algorithm changes;
  • third-party hosting;
  • external software;
  • printing or manufacturing;
  • regulatory approval;
  • third-party translation;
  • external fulfillment.

Where new platform requirements materially affect previously approved work, necessary adaptation may require additional scope.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS, LICENSING & EXTERNAL PRODUCTION

Projects may require third-party resources such as:

  • licensed stock photography or video;
  • premium fonts;
  • music;
  • voice-over;
  • models;
  • props;
  • studio rental;
  • locations;
  • travel;
  • specialist retouching;
  • printing;
  • product shipping;
  • external photography;
  • specialist 3D production;
  • legal or regulatory review;
  • translation;
  • software or platform fees.

Unless expressly included in the selected package, these costs are quoted or approved separately before commitment.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licensing conditions of their respective owners. The studio cannot transfer rights that it does not own—a principle already established within the site’s Copyright & Intellectual Property framework.

PROJECT TIMING, CLIENT DELAYS & PAUSED ENGAGEMENTS

Project timelines depend on both studio production and timely client participation.

Schedules may be affected where the studio is waiting for:

  • product samples;
  • packaging files;
  • approved product information;
  • claims or certifications;
  • stakeholder decisions;
  • marketplace requirements;
  • consolidated feedback;
  • technical access;
  • scheduled payments;
  • third-party materials or approvals.

A delay on one side of the engagement may affect later production reservations.

Where a project remains inactive for an extended period because required client materials, approvals, feedback, or payments have not been received, the engagement may be paused and rescheduled into the next available production window.

Substantial remobilization, newly introduced requirements, or changes caused by long inactivity may require revised scheduling or additional scope.

OWNERSHIP, USAGE RIGHTS & SOURCE MATERIALS

Final delivery does not automatically mean transfer of every underlying production asset.

Depending on the written agreement, final delivery may include approved:

  • marketplace graphics;
  • listing assets;
  • A+ Content files;
  • Brand Store assets;
  • Web-Shop graphics;
  • final photography;
  • final renders;
  • final video exports;
  • localized commercial assets;
  • agreed editable or production files.

Unless expressly included in writing, delivery does not automatically include:

  • unused creative concepts;
  • rejected directions;
  • raw photography;
  • complete raw video footage;
  • editable 3D scenes;
  • proprietary templates;
  • internal working files;
  • studio methodologies;
  • production systems;
  • licensed third-party source assets.

The site’s Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy already distinguishes approved client usage rights from underlying studio methods, working materials, unused directions, and third-party intellectual property.

Any project-specific ownership transfer, exclusive license, territorial limitation, confidentiality requirement, or extended usage condition is defined through the applicable written agreement.

FINAL APPROVAL, DELIVERY & ARCHIVING

Final delivery takes place after:

✓ The Approved Scope Has Been Completed
✓ Applicable Client Approval Has Been Received
✓ The Remaining Project Balance Has Been Settled
✓ Approved Add-Ons And External Costs Have Been Resolved
✓ Final Delivery Requirements Have Been Confirmed

Final assets are supplied according to the formats, sizes, languages, marketplaces, and production specifications included within the agreed scope.

The studio may retain project materials for a reasonable operational archive period, but permanent storage, indefinite access to working files, lifetime re-exporting, ongoing marketplace maintenance, and unlimited future updates are not automatically included in project delivery.

Clients should securely archive all final delivered materials within their own internal systems after handover.

Future products, SKUs, new markets, additional languages, campaign requirements, new A+ Content, Brand Store extensions, refreshed photography, updated 3D assets, or other commercial development can be commissioned through a new project phase or ongoing engagement.

COLLABORATION REQUIREMENTS

Professional production depends on timely collaboration from both sides.

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate materials reasonably required for the approved project, including product specifications, packaging artwork, brand assets, approved claims, ingredients, certifications, dimensions, SKU information, product samples, marketplace requirements, existing photography or 3D assets, language content, technical information, access requirements, and stakeholder approvals where applicable.

Client feedback should be sufficiently clear and consolidated to allow production to move forward without unnecessary repetition or conflicting direction.

Project timing assumes that required materials, decisions, feedback, approvals, and scheduled payments are supplied within the agreed production framework.

PRODUCT INFORMATION, CLAIMS & REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY

Infinity Design Studio develops marketplace communication using product information supplied or approved by the client.

The studio does not independently certify medical, nutritional, health, performance, environmental, technical, regulatory, ingredient, certification, warranty, or other controlled product claims unless specialist verification is expressly included within the engagement.

The client remains responsible for ensuring that product information supplied for publication is accurate, authorized, legally usable, and suitable for the intended marketplace.

Where specialist legal, regulatory, scientific, translation, or compliance review is required, responsibility and cost are defined separately.

AMAZON, MARKETPLACE & THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

Amazon, E-Commerce platforms, advertising systems, CMS environments, marketplaces, payment providers, and other external services operate under their own technical rules, approval processes, account requirements, algorithms, policies, and commercial conditions.

Infinity Design Studio cannot guarantee or control Amazon account status, listing approval, listing suppression, category restrictions, organic ranking, advertising approval, marketplace algorithm changes, external hosting, third-party software, fulfillment, regulatory approvals, or platform outages.

Where a marketplace or external platform introduces new requirements after previously approved work has been completed, necessary adaptation may require additional scope.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS, LICENSING & EXTERNAL PRODUCTION

Projects may require resources outside Infinity Design Studio’s direct production scope, including stock photography, stock video, premium fonts, licensed music, voice-over, models, props, studios, locations, travel, printing, product shipping, translation, regulatory review, specialist photography, external retouching, technical services, software subscriptions, marketplace fees, or production partners.

Unless expressly included within the selected package, these costs are approved and charged separately before commitment.

Third-party materials remain governed by their original licenses. Infinity Design Studio cannot transfer intellectual-property rights that it does not own, which is also consistent with the site’s established Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

CONFIDENTIALITY & NDA

NDA-compatible, private-review, confidential, and unreleased Amazon & E-Commerce workflows are available where required. The reference matrix specifically requires restricted material to be identified before production and prevents confidential work from being publicly presented without the necessary authorization.

Sensitive material may include unreleased products, packaging under development, future product ranges, launch dates, pricing strategies, supplier information, manufacturing information, internal sales data, marketplace strategies, confidential claims, private Brand Store concepts, unreleased photography or 3D assets, and internal commercial documentation.

The client should identify restricted or confidential material before it enters normal production and portfolio workflows.

Where an NDA, confidentiality agreement, or written publication restriction exists, those conditions take precedence over normal portfolio, case-study, marketing, or promotional usage rights.

OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

After completion of the project, settlement of all applicable financial obligations, and satisfaction of the written agreement conditions, the client receives the final deliverables and usage rights specifically defined within the Service Agreement. The reference matrix follows the same principle: final deliverables and usage rights are tied to full payment and the agreed scope.

Depending on scope, delivered assets may include approved listing graphics, A+ Content, Brand Store assets, Web-Shop graphics, final photography, final product renders, approved videos, localized marketplace materials, campaign assets, and specifically agreed editable files.

Delivery does not automatically transfer ownership of unused concepts, rejected directions, raw photography, raw video, editable 3D scenes, proprietary templates, internal working files, studio methodologies, production systems, or other underlying creative resources unless this is expressly agreed in writing.

The site’s existing IP framework already distinguishes client usage rights from Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio’s underlying methodologies, internal systems, unused concepts, working materials, and third-party rights.

FINAL APPROVAL & RELEASE

Final approval confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted the applicable deliverables within the approved scope.

Once a stage or final system has been formally approved, subsequent changes caused by new packaging, revised claims, additional SKUs, new market requirements, newly supplied content, changed stakeholder direction, or altered platform requirements may be treated as new production rather than ordinary correction.

Final controlled assets are released after the approved scope is complete and the applicable remaining balance, approved add-ons, external costs, and other agreed commercial obligations have been settled.

Final approval therefore protects both sides: the client receives a clearly defined completion point, while the studio is protected from an approved project remaining indefinitely open to unrestricted future changes.

PROJECT DELAYS, PAUSES & REACTIVATION

Projects delayed because of missing product information, source materials, technical information, samples, stakeholder access, approvals, feedback, or payment may be paused and moved to the next available production window.

The reference system specifically recognizes that prolonged inactivity may require status review, rescheduling, reassessment, revalidation, and resource remobilization before production resumes.

Where significant time has passed or the product, marketplace, packaging, claims, content, or project requirements have materially changed during the inactive period, revised scheduling, updated production scope, or reactivation terms may be confirmed before work continues.

FINAL DELIVERY & ARCHIVING

Final delivery is prepared according to the formats, sizes, products, languages, marketplaces, applications, and production specifications defined within the approved engagement.

Where applicable, final handover may include marketplace-ready graphics, photography exports, final renders, video exports, Brand Store assets, A+ Content files, campaign adaptations, localized versions, agreed source files, and supporting documentation.

The client is responsible for securely archiving delivered final materials after handover.

Infinity Design Studio may retain production files and project materials for a reasonable operational archive period, but permanent file storage, indefinite retrieval, lifetime re-exporting, ongoing marketplace maintenance, future compatibility updates, and unlimited access to working files are not automatically included.

Future SKUs, refreshed packaging, new marketplaces, additional languages, updated Amazon requirements, campaign extensions, new A+ Content, Brand Store expansion, replacement photography, refreshed 3D assets, or later commercial development can be commissioned through a separate project phase or ongoing engagement.

PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT PRINCIPLE

These pricing and collaboration terms are intended to provide a clear commercial framework around the service page. The applicable Service Agreement, approved proposal, legal policies, licensing conditions, and project-specific written terms remain the controlling documents where additional detail or project-specific conditions are required.

The purpose is simple: the client should know what is being purchased, what is included, what may create additional cost, what information and approvals are required, what rights are delivered, and when the engagement is considered complete before production becomes complicated.

CLEAR SCOPE PROTECTS THE INVESTMENT. DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES PROTECT THE PROCESS. CONTROLLED REVISIONS PROTECT THE CREATIVE DIRECTION. TRANSPARENT COMMERCIAL TERMS PROTECT BOTH SIDES. PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY PROTECTS THE LONG-TERM VALUE OF THE COMPLETE AMAZON & E-COMMERCE SYSTEM.

Cancellation / Termination Policy

If a client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable.

For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Infinity Design Studio guarantees transparency, professionalism, and premium project management throughout every stage of the E-Commerce Development Process.

PROFESSIONAL AMAZON & E-COMMERCE PACKAGE FAQ · SCOPE CLARITY · COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY

Everything You Need To Know Before Choosing The Right Amazon & E-Commerce Package

From Focused Amazon Listings And A+ Content To Product Photography, 3D Visualization, Brand Stores, Multi-SKU Systems, And Multi-Market E-Commerce Support—Every Package Is Defined Around The Real Commercial Requirements Of The Product.

Professional Amazon & E-Commerce Design involves substantially more than creating attractive listing graphics. It connects Product Positioning, Marketplace Communication, Information Hierarchy, A+ Content, Brand Presentation, Product Photography, 3D Visualization, Campaign Assets, Localization, And Commercial Delivery within one coordinated marketplace system.

Infinity Design Studio develops Amazon Listing Design, A+ Content Systems, Brand Store Experiences, Product Photography, 3D Product Visualization, Multi-SKU Communication Systems, Web-Shop Assets, Localization, And Launch Support according to the approved scope and production requirements of each engagement. The objective is not to add unnecessary deliverables, but to combine the right disciplines wherever they strengthen product clarity, visual credibility, brand consistency, and marketplace readiness.

Every engagement is structured around the real requirements of the product: number of products and SKUs, marketplace environments, existing brand and packaging assets, listing architecture, required visual evidence, photography and 3D production, content depth, language versions, regional adaptation, campaign requirements, revision structure, third-party dependencies, and intended delivery environment. Two products may require completely different levels of support even when they are sold through the same marketplace.

The package price therefore defines the confirmed strategic, creative, and production scope. Additional products, variants, languages, A+ Content modules, Brand Store extensions, photography, 3D production, video, campaign formats, localization, external services, expedited scheduling, or requirements introduced beyond that scope are assessed and approved separately before the related work begins. This keeps the engagement transparent for the client while protecting the production quality, schedule, responsibilities, and commercial boundaries required to deliver the work professionally.

Are Revisions Included In Your Amazon & E-Commerce Packages?Most Asked

Yes, revision rounds are included according to the selected package.

Each fixed-price Amazon & E-Commerce Package includes a clearly defined number of structured revision rounds. Revisions are intended to refine approved creative work within the agreed package scope and may include reasonable adjustments to layout, hierarchy, visual emphasis, typography, image treatment, content placement, infographic structure, A+ Content composition, or marketplace presentation logic.

Revision rounds are not intended to reopen the full project direction after approval, replace the agreed creative approach with a new one, or introduce major new deliverables that were not included in the selected package.

If revision requests materially expand the originally approved scope, they are treated as additional work or Change Of Scope and are quoted separately before that work begins.

We guarantee a professional standard of process, care, and execution within the approved scope — but we do not guarantee business outcomes that depend on factors outside design alone.

This means we are responsible for delivering the agreed work with professional attention to clarity, consistency, product communication, marketplace suitability, visual quality, and package-defined deliverables. We do not make irresponsible promises about guaranteed sales, conversion rates, ranking performance, advertising results, or marketplace growth, because those outcomes also depend on pricing, reviews, competition, fulfillment, product-market fit, traffic quality, advertising strategy, and internal business decisions.

What we do provide is a structured and professionally developed design system intended to strengthen the presentation of the product and improve commercial readiness within the environments covered by the engagement.

A premium-level service is not defined by visual polish alone. It is defined by how clearly strategy, communication, production quality, and marketplace application are connected.

Infinity Design Studio approaches Amazon & E-Commerce Design as a coordinated commercial system. That may include product positioning, listing hierarchy, infographic communication, A+ Content structure, Brand Store direction, product photography, 3D visualization, campaign assets, localization, and broader marketplace consistency depending on the selected package.

Rather than producing disconnected graphics, we build deliverables around what customers need to understand, what the platform requires, which visual evidence is needed, and how the product should be presented across current and future commercial touchpoints.

Project timing depends on the selected package, number of products, required deliverables, content readiness, approval speed, and whether photography, 3D rendering, Brand Store work, localization, or campaign extensions are included.

Smaller listing-focused packages may move significantly faster than broader multi-deliverable engagements involving multiple products, visual production, or cross-platform applications. Timelines are always influenced by the availability of approved source material, decision-making speed, revision rounds, and the complexity of the deliverables included in the package.

If a project requires faster scheduling, Express Delivery may be available where appropriate and is quoted separately according to actual production pressure and scope.

Definitely.

Especially for brands that understand that stronger commercial presentation requires more than isolated listing graphics.

These packages are suitable for businesses launching new products, upgrading existing listings, improving catalog consistency, building stronger brand presence across Amazon or web-shop environments, expanding into additional markets, or preparing a more scalable system for product growth.

The service is particularly valuable for brands that need greater clarity, more professional visual structure, stronger marketplace consistency, and better-organized commercial assets across products, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

Yes, where the selected package or approved custom scope includes it.

Depending on the engagement, support may extend beyond listing visuals into a broader commercial system that can include product positioning, product presentation, Amazon Listing Design, A+ Content, Brand Store structure, visual identity alignment, product photography direction, 3D product visualization, promotional assets, localization, and web-shop adaptation.

Not every project requires every discipline. Some clients need a focused marketplace upgrade, while others need a larger system connecting product identity, content, and marketplace experience under one coordinated direction.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment made to approved work within the originally agreed package scope.

Examples of revisions may include adjustments to copy placement, infographic hierarchy, font emphasis, visual balance, image selection, composition refinement, callout organization, A+ module structure, or other refinements that improve the approved direction without changing the project’s overall scope.

A Change Of Scope happens when the request expands beyond the package or approved deliverables. This may include new products, new variants, new languages, new campaign assets, additional A+ modules, major restructuring after approval, extra sales channels, Brand Store expansion, new photography/3D requirements, or replacing the approved creative direction with a substantially different one.

Changes of scope are never silently absorbed into the original package. They are identified clearly and quoted separately before additional work begins.

Additional products, variants, languages, asset groups, or campaign extensions can absolutely be added — but they are treated as separate scope additions rather than assumed inclusions.

That means if the engagement expands to cover more SKUs, bundles, new listing groups, extra A+ Content, additional marketplace versions, web-shop usage, promotional adaptations, or supporting visuals beyond the selected package, the expansion is reviewed and quoted transparently before production continues.

This protects both sides: the client receives clear scope visibility, and the project remains professionally controlled rather than becoming an undefined workload.

No.

These production services are included only when specified within the selected package or approved custom engagement.

Some packages may rely on existing approved materials, while others may include or require new product photography, retouching, 3D product rendering, motion assets, or additional visual production support depending on the actual needs of the product and marketplace environment.

If visual production is not included in the selected package but becomes necessary later, it can be added as an additional quoted service before that work begins.

The client remains responsible for providing accurate source information, approved claims, technical details, legal/regulatory content where relevant, and any other product facts that must be represented correctly.

Infinity Design Studio organizes, structures, and visually communicates the approved information provided for the engagement, but does not independently invent commercial product claims, certifications, compliance statements, legal declarations, or technical specifications that have not been confirmed by the client.

This is an important part of maintaining professional accuracy and protecting both the brand and the studio from avoidable misinformation.

Ownership and usage rights follow the agreed delivery structure and approved commercial terms.

Clients receive the final deliverables included in their package for the commercial applications covered by the engagement. Where source or editable files are included, that should be explicitly confirmed within the project scope or agreement. Certain internal working files, licensed tools, third-party assets, mockup systems, fonts, or platform-dependent materials may remain subject to their original licensing conditions or separate approval terms.

The important principle is clarity: final usage expectations, delivery format, and included file types should be defined within the approved engagement so there is no confusion at handover stage.

Yes.

We can collaborate with internal brand teams, Amazon managers, Seller Central operators, marketing departments, copywriters, developers, photographers, regulatory consultants, or other external specialists where the project benefits from coordinated professional input.

However, external collaboration does not automatically expand the original package scope. If additional coordination, management, asset preparation, technical review, or specialist support becomes significant beyond the approved package, it may be treated as additional project work and quoted accordingly.

Only where specifically included within the selected package or approved scope.

Some packages may include a limited level of listing text structuring, title support, bullet logic, product communication refinement, or content optimization, while more advanced copy development, SEO-focused marketplace writing, translation, or broader strategic content work may require additional scope.

If written content support is important to the project, it should be defined clearly at the beginning so the work is structured appropriately.

No.

Design and optimization are related, but they are not the same thing.

Design focuses on communication, visual structure, clarity, hierarchy, presentation quality, and product understanding, while optimization may also involve platform behavior, keyword structure, content strategy, marketplace implementation, and broader commercial performance considerations.

Some engagements combine both, while others are more design-led or more marketplace-support focused. The selected package determines how much of that broader support is included.

Yes, where the approved scope includes broader E-Commerce applications beyond Amazon.

Many brands need a connected presentation system that extends across Amazon, direct-to-consumer web-shops, Shopify product pages, campaign landing pages, and supporting sales environments. Where relevant, visual consistency and commercial logic can be extended so the product does not feel fragmented across channels.

This kind of expansion is especially valuable for brands that want stronger continuity between product packaging, listing communication, store presentation, and direct online sales touchpoints.

Yes.

Ongoing support can be arranged after the initial package where needed.

This may include additional product listings, new variants, seasonal campaign materials, further optimization, expanded A+ Content, Brand Store development, localization, product launches, marketplace refreshes, or broader visual support as the product line grows.

Ongoing support is not assumed as unlimited maintenance inside the original package. It is structured through separately defined follow-up work, additional scope approval, or an agreed longer-term collaboration model where appropriate.

CLEAR SCOPE CREATES BETTER COLLABORATION. BETTER COLLABORATION PROTECTS QUALITY, TIMELINES, RESPONSIBILITY, AND COMMERCIAL CLARITY FOR BOTH THE CLIENT AND THE STUDIO.
