Challenge:

Yellow Beauty required a modern, minimalist, and photogenic packaging design for their turmeric-based skincare line as part of a brand refresh targeting socially conscious millennial women.

  • Needed packaging that appeals to Instagram and Pinterest-active consumers aged 18–35

  • Required strong retail shelf presence in stores like Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Urban Outfitters

  • Had to reflect the brand’s social mission – “Helping End Child Marriage”

  • Needed a design that balances aesthetic appeal with clear product communication

Solution:

To address these goals, we developed a clean and visually engaging pouch design that enhances retail presence while supporting social media shareability.

  • Created a minimalist layout using a soft pink base contrasted with a bold yellow logo

  • Applied the Karla font for improved readability and modern sophistication

  • Introduced geometric background patterns for subtle visual depth without clutter

  • Added iconography highlighting benefits such as 100% Natural, 100% Vegan Friendly, and 100% Cruelty-Free

  • Prominently displayed the “Helping End Child Marriage” message to strengthen emotional brand connection

  • Structured the back panel to include ingredients list, usage instructions, warnings, and certifications

  • Included brand story, social media handles, and contact information for transparency

  • Optimized the overall design for social media sharing and user-generated content

Result:

The final packaging design successfully boosted retail visibility and strengthened the brand’s social impact messaging.

Short biography

Born on June 24, 1982, in Valjevo, Filip Narančić turned his passion for architecture and design into a thriving career.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism. During his studies, he launched a pilot project that later evolved into today’s Infinity Design Studio.
