Media and production costs are calculated separately — e.g. roll-up stand + print $99–$400+, billboard rental $1,000–$14,000+ depending on location and market size.
Vendor coordination & production supervision:
10–15% of production cost (minimum €350).
Covers supplier communication, proof validation, and full quality control during production.
Standard Revisions Vs Additional Charges
Revisions & additional edits:
For this service, the revision allowance is defined per package:
- Package 1: up to 2 rounds
- Package 2: up to 3 rounds
- Package 3: up to 2 rounds (+ up to 2 visual versions)
- Package 4: up to 5 rounds
- Package 5: up to 7 rounds
- Package 6: by agreement (scope & complexity dependent)
Any request beyond the initially agreed scope (e.g., extra formats/channels not listed, a new creative route, out-of-scope copywriting, new photo/3D production, adaptations for specific media plans) is treated as a scope extension and will be quoted and billed separately.
Payment & Collaboration Structure

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1–5)
Cover clearly defined deliverables (flyer/brochure, roll-up, poster, digital banners, full kit) within a documented scope.
Billing model:
✔️ Service Agreement signed before project start.
✔️ 50% deposit upon quote approval (reserves slot & kick-off).
✔️ Remaining 50% before final delivery / upon completion (as agreed).
Three-installment payment may be available for long-term clients or upon arrangement.

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
