Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes
Revisions & additional edits:
All packages include a clearly defined number of revisions (2 to 6 rounds, depending on the package).
Any change beyond the agreed project scope — such as a new creative direction, additional SKU variations, language versions, new photography, or additional 3D Renders — will be treated as a scope extension and quoted separately.

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1–5)
These packages cover specific creative deliverables with a clearly outlined scope of work.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of Service Agreement before the start of work.
✔️ 50% advance payment upon quote approval – secures project slot and start.
✔️ Remaining 50% paid before delivery of final materials or upon project completion.
Three-installment payment available for long-term clients or upon request.
Annual engagement model (Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement)
This package provides an ongoing Strategic Partnership with extended creative resources throughout the year.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of a detailed annual agreement with defined scope and deliverables.
✔️ Payment options:
- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.
- Quarterly payment – upfront for the following three months.
- Full upfront payment – with added benefits or discounts (upon agreement).

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has started, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
