London Johnson, Inc. aimed to successfully rebrand its LED lighting product line from Big Red Rooster to the more modern Brilliant Evolution brand through clean and functional retail packaging.

  • Avoid the use of dark colors previously associated with the old branding

  • Clearly communicate the product name and key features to end customers

  • Utilize the brand’s primary blue and white color palette with room for supporting accents

  • Ensure packaging is optimized for mass-market retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and Bed Bath & Beyond

Solution:

We developed a modern and visually structured packaging design that aligns with the new Brilliant Evolution brand identity while improving clarity and in-store communication.

  • Focused on a refreshed blue (#00acde) and white color palette to create a clean and contemporary appearance suitable for retail environments

  • Used black (#101010) selectively to highlight important product information without compromising the brand’s light visual identity

  • Displayed the product name prominently on the front panel to improve immediate recognition on shelves

  • Incorporated clear and intuitive icons to showcase key features such as 55 Lumens output, Wireless Remote Control, Selectable Dimmer, and Auto-Off Timer

  • Included a lifestyle image demonstrating the LED Puck Light installed under kitchen cabinets to communicate real-world usability

  • Structured the back panel to present a detailed product description supported by visual icons for improved understanding

  • Added a Light Color Chart illustrating Warm White (2700K), Bright White (4500K), and Daylight (6500K) options

  • Included a product specification chart outlining dimensions, weight, and battery life

  • Provided simple installation instructions supported by adhesive tape and screw mounting options

  • Placed the barcode, model number (BRRC134), warranty details, and country of origin in a clear and retail-compliant layout

Born on June 24, 1982, in Valjevo, Filip Narančić turned his passion for architecture and design into a thriving career.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism. During his studies, he launched a pilot project that later evolved into today’s Infinity Design Studio.
