Render And Processing Requirements
High-resolution rendering, complex animation, simulation, large environments, extensive geometry, advanced materials, multiple variations, and 4K or 8K output may require additional processing resources and production time.
External render farms, cloud rendering, specialist hardware, storage, data transfer, software subscriptions, or third-party processing services are quoted separately when required.
Client Approval Responsibility
The client must review and approve:

- branding;

Confidentiality And NDA
Confidential workflows, private review links, restricted file access, NDA-compatible collaboration, and controlled publication approval are available when required.
The client must identify confidential, unreleased, regulated, proprietary, or commercially sensitive material before it is shared or introduced into production.

Third-Party Rights And Permissions
The client confirms that all supplied plans, models, images, branding, packaging artwork, textures, fonts, footage, trademarks, technical data, and reference materials may be legally used within the engagement.
Premium stock assets, music, footage, fonts, models, plugins, software, archives, and other third-party resources are subject to their original license conditions and are charged separately where required.
Ownership And Usage Rights
Usage rights, source-file delivery, portfolio permissions, and ownership of final assets are defined within the written proposal and Service Agreement.
After full payment, the client receives the completed deliverables and usage rights included in the approved scope.
Third-party materials and non-transferable production resources remain subject to their original licenses and cannot automatically be transferred as unrestricted ownership.
Final Release
Final high-resolution deliverables, source assets, animation files, publishing materials, and production packages are released only after final approval and settlement of all outstanding balances.
Project Pause And Restart
Projects delayed or inactive beyond the agreed period because of missing materials, approvals, feedback, technical access, design decisions, or payments may be paused and moved to the next available production window.
Restarting a paused project may require:

- physical samples;
