Standard Revisions Vs Additional Changes
Revisions & additional edits:
For Videography Services, the revision allowance is defined per package:
- Package 1: (Start Premium): up to 2 rounds
- Package 2: (Growth Premium): up to 3 rounds
- Package 3: (Brand System Pack): up to 4 rounds
- Package 4: (Full Launch Pack): up to 5 rounds
- Package 5: (Signature E-Commerce Presence): up to 6 rounds
- Package 6: (Custom Enterprise Engagement): by agreement (scope-dependent)
Any request beyond the initially agreed scope (e.g., additional filming locations, extra production days, expanded shot lists, new creative directions, alternative video versions, advanced motion graphics, visual effects, extended color grading, additional language adaptations, voice-over recordings, extended licensing, additional deliverables, or supplementary consulting and production services) is considered a scope extension and will be quoted and billed separately.
This approach ensures transparency and protects quality throughout the entire Video Production Process, Post-Production Workflow, and final delivery phase.

These packages cover clearly defined video deliverables, production timelines, and post-production requirements.
Billing model:
✔️ Service Agreement signed before project start.
✔️ 50% deposit upon offer approval – secures your production slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% payment before delivery of final materials or upon completion.
For long-term content partnerships and recurring productions, payment in 3–4 installments is available upon request.
Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement (on request)
A year-round strategic partnership providing ongoing Video Production, content creation, editing, post-production, and communication support.
Billing options:

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels after project work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance is non-refundable.
For 12-month agreements, termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
