• Extra hour on set (studio or on-location): €140 – €220/hour.
• Advanced retouch (skin, composites, object cleanup): €30 – €90/image.
• Hair/makeup & stylist day-rates: €250 – €650/day (per role).
• 360° product view / animated loop (photo-based): from €280.
• Express delivery (≤ 72 hours where feasible): +30% on package value.
• Extended licensing (paid media, OOH, resellers): quoted per market/use.
All additions are defined transparently before production to ensure full clarity on scope, pricing, and expectations.
Payment & Collaboration Structure

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1 – 5)
These packages cover clearly defined photographic deliverables.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of Service Agreement before project start.
✔️ 50% advance payment upon offer approval – secures your production slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% before delivery of final materials or upon completion.
For long-term engagements (e.g., recurring brand content), payment in 3–4 installments is available upon request.
Annual engagement model (Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement)
Year-round strategic partnership with ongoing shoots, post-production, and content planning across sites and markets.
Billing model:

- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.
- Quarterly payment – upfront for the next three months.

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels after project work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance is non-refundable.
For 12-month agreements, termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
