- 8. REVISIONS AND APPROVALS

Client approval of project deliverables shall be considered acceptance of the work completed up to that stage.

- 9. PAYMENTS, INVOICES AND FEES
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all project fees, deposits, milestone payments, and final payments shall be governed by the terms defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, invoice, or project documentation.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Require advance payments or deposits;
- Divide projects into milestones;
- Suspend work in the event of non-payment;
- Delay delivery until outstanding balances are settled;
- Decline future services where payment obligations remain unresolved.
All fees are expressed in the currency specified within the relevant quotation or agreement.
Late payments may result in:

- Termination of services.
Ownership rights and transfer of final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding financial obligations have been fulfilled.
- 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property created by Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio remains protected under applicable copyright, trademark, design, and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, proposals, studies, renderings, visual explorations, design directions, technical solutions, and creative materials remain the exclusive property of the Company.

11. CLIENT LICENSES
AND USAGE RIGHTS
Upon full payment and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client may receive usage rights or a license whose scope, exclusivity, territory, duration, and permitted uses are defined by the applicable proposal, agreement, or project documentation.
The scope of usage rights may vary depending on:

- Industry
- Deliverables
- Territory
- Duration
- Licensing terms
The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in writing.
- 12. PORTFOLIO AND SELF-PROMOTION RIGHTS
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio may present completed projects for professional portfolio, self-promotional, editorial, educational, award, and business development purposes where such use is lawfully and contractually permitted.
Portfolio presentation may include:

- Portfolio sections;
- Case Studies;

- Marketing materials;
- Professional and PDF presentations;
- Industry publications;
- Competitions and award submissions;
- Business development activities.

The Company shall take reasonable measures to protect confidential information relating to:

Users and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio, its owner, contractors, collaborators, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Violation of third-party rights;
- Infringement of intellectual property;
- Illegal or unauthorized use of deliverables.
- 19. FORCE MAJEURE

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
- 20. TERMINATION
Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend services where:
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- The client engages in abusive conduct;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Cooperation becomes impossible;
- Contractual obligations are materially breached.
Termination shall not affect accrued rights, outstanding payments, intellectual property protections, confidentiality obligations, or legal remedies available to the Company.
- 21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The use of the websites, professional services, project engagements, communications, agreements, and all business relationships with Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction provide additional rights that cannot legally be excluded, such rights shall remain unaffected.

Constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding website usage and professional services provided by Infinity Design Studio × NF Creative Studio.
Where a separate written agreement exists, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
- 26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
