• Advanced motion graphics / VFX segment: from €380 per segment.
• Drone filming add-on (licensed pilot + safety): €280 – €650 (site-dependent).
• Voiceover recording + mix: €180 – €450.
• Express delivery (≤ 72 hours where feasible): +30% on package value.
• Extended licensing (paid media, broadcast, resellers): quoted per market/use.

Payment & Collaboration Structure

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1 – 5)
These packages cover clearly defined video deliverables.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of Service Agreement before project start.
✔️ 50% advance payment upon offer approval – secures your production slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% payment before final delivery or upon completion.
For long-term engagements (e.g., recurring brand content), payment in 3–4 installments is available upon request.
Annual engagement model (Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement)
Year-round strategic partnership with ongoing shoots, post-production, and content planning across sites and markets.
Billing model:

- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels after project work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally and the advance is non-refundable.
For 12-month agreements, termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
