Each project can be expanded with additional services depending on goals, typology, and channel requirements.

• Complex asset/modeling add-on (custom furniture/mechanisms): €400 – €1,200 per asset.
• 360° panorama or virtual viewpoint: from €250 per panorama.
• Animation extension: €90 – €180 per second (storyboard + render + grade).
• Layered passes/format conversions & retouching: €120 – €220/hour.
• On-site photo/reference capture (where applicable): €650 – €950/day.
All additions are defined transparently before project initiation to ensure full clarity on scope, pricing, and expectations.
Payment & Collaboration Structure

Fixed-price packages (Packages 1 – 5)
These packages cover specific creative and strategic deliverables with a clearly defined scope of work.
Billing model:
✔️ Signing of Service Agreement before project start.
✔️ 50% advance payment upon offer approval – secures your production slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% before delivery of final materials or upon completion.
For long-term engagements (such as continuous Amazon or e-commerce management), payment in 3–4 installments is available upon request.
Annual engagement model (Package 6 – Custom Enterprise Engagement)
Year-round strategic partnership with ongoing modeling, rendering, animation, and optimization across assets and markets.
Billing model:

- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month.

Cancellation / Termination Policy
If a client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
For annual agreements (12 months), termination is possible with a minimum 30-day written notice unless otherwise agreed.
