Mandatory Notes
What is included / not included:
Photography and video production are planned within packages P3–P5, according to the defined project scope. Any additional sessions, multiple shooting locations, talent engagement, or special production requirements (studio work, set design, post-production, etc.) are billed separately in line with professional production standards. (Reference market rates: Photography – mid-to-expert $100–$500/h; Video projects – $1,000 to $50,000+, depending on complexity and scale.)
Additional SKUs / markets / languages:
Billed based on the actual scope of work. A milestone model (defined project phases or batches) is recommended to ensure accurate cost control for international rollouts.
Priority mode / 48-hour express delivery:
For accelerated workflows and express delivery within 48 hours (where technically feasible), a +40% surcharge applies to the active project phase.
Additional presentations / pitch decks:
Can be contracted as part of a package or separately at a fixed rate per deck. (Reference agency range: $1,500–$10,000+ per presentation.)
Senior day rates (EU benchmark):
Consulting and creative day rates are aligned with European market standards:
– Creative Director / Strategy: £475–£600+ per day
– Senior Designer: £330–£400 per day
These rates serve as a reference for out-of-package assignments and specialized consulting.
Payment & Collaboration Structure

At Infinity Design Studio, we believe that high-quality work is only possible through clearly defined agreements, a professional approach, and mutual respect for responsibilities. That’s why our pricing and billing models are structured in advance — eliminating delays, misunderstandings, or misalignment during project execution.
For One-Time Fixed Price Packages (Package 1, 2, and 3)
These packages are focused on well-defined creative or technical deliverables with a specific scope.
Payment Terms:
✔️ Signing a Service Agreement before the project begins.
✔️ 50% upfront payment upon accepting the offer and receiving the proforma invoice – to confirm the collaboration and reserve a time slot.
✔️ Remaining 50% to be paid before final delivery or upon project completion.
A 3-installment option may be granted to long-term clients or by special arrangemen
For Annual Retainer Packages (Package 4, 5, and 6)
These packages are designed for long-term collaboration, with continuous engagement and premium support.
Payment Options:
✔️ Signing a 12-month contract with clearly defined monthly, quarterly, or annual payment obligations.
✔️ Available payment models:
- Monthly invoice – issued by the 5th of each month for the current period.
- Quarterly prepayment – for the upcoming 3-month period.
- Full annual prepayment – with added benefits, bonuses, or custom discounts (based on agreement).
For Package 6 (Infinity Guardian Retainer), we offer fully tailored payment structures to match the project complexity, brand dynamics, and overall partnership goals.
Cancellation / Termination Policy
In case of project cancellation by the client after the work has commenced, all completed work will be billed proportionally, and the deposit is non-refundable. For 12-month contracts, termination requires a minimum of 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise agreed.
