Born on June 24, 1982, in Valjevo, Filip Narančić turned his passion for architecture and design into a thriving career. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism. During his studies, he launched a pilot project that later evolved into today’s Infinity Design Studio.

The client required a premium packaging design for their luxury whiskey glass decanter and glass sets, aiming to create a high-end, distinguished brand that appeals to a mature male audience aged 40-60, with a passion for whiskey, bourbon, or scotch. The key challenge was to design a box that exudes sophistication while maintaining a strong and masculine aesthetic. The client also emphasized that the packaging must stand out in an online retail environment, with the top of the box serving as the primary hero image.

The design approach focused on delivering a luxurious, vintage-inspired aesthetic that appeals to refined tastes. Key elements included:
- Color Palette: A combination of deep black and rich gold accents to convey elegance and premium quality.
- Typography: Bold, serif fonts paired with intricate details, enhancing the classic whiskey brand feel.
- Iconography: The regal lion emblem and golden crest symbolize strength, leadership, and heritage—qualities whiskey connoisseurs value.
- Hero Design: The top of the box was designed as the central visual element, featuring ornate borders, the “King’s Reserve” title in large, impactful lettering, and the brand’s signature tagline:
“Never above you, never below you, always beside you” - Functional Details:
- Front Flap: Seamlessly integrates into the design with the brand’s website (kingsreserve.com) placement.
- Interior Design: A subtle but matching design inside the box reinforces the premium feel when opened.

The final packaging created a high-impact, visually compelling box that not only reflects the premium nature of the product but also stands out online, fulfilling the client’s core requirement. The design’s bold aesthetics resonate with the target audience, enhancing the brand’s perceived value and increasing its appeal among discerning whiskey enthusiasts.
